I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic and the care they showed towards me. Additionally, the facilities were impeccably clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. I came to ProClinic Dental after 50 years of neglected dental hygiene and dealing with the embarrassment of grossly crooked teeth. Dr. Aguero and his absolutely competent associates are a joy to deal with and are professional, affable, and intent on making your visit as pleasant and pain-free as possible. The price in Guadalajara versus the cost in the US is mind-blowing, plus their equipment is all state-of-the-art. I may have been apprehensive before coming to Mexico, but I found the experience in the clinic exceptional. The Mexican people friendly, and Guadalajara Centro most engaging, and of course what else is there to be said about genuine Mexican cuisine (AY CARAMBA!). I have already begun spreading the word to my friends (and a few enemies) to the positive results I see every time I look into a mirror and find myself smiling. Thank you ProClinic.

This is a very good clinic and the staff was great. The equipment was modern and they were prepared when I arrived. Pena Soriano Dr. Juan Tomas was really outstanding. He explained everything he was doing and was very reassuring. He speaks great English also. He identified very quickly that I had braces and a different number of teeth extracted to make room. My problem started when they extracted teeth back when I was young which led to the incorrect teeth meeting each other when I bit down resulting in cracking. First dentist that has identified that. He was very thorough in his examination and sent me to get further digital imaging done so he could see how to proceed with my treatment plan and insure the dental implants were placed in the exact spot they needed to be. So now I have a plan and I am looking forward to getting this taken care of. I feel very confident after my visit. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent free first consultation. He has a 3D X-ray machine-rare. I had dental implants. Dr Pelcman was so fast inserting the base I didn’t even know he was finished. Important to note: he is not only a dentist but also a periodontist. There is an orthodontist in his office. Free consultation. He owns a studio apartment nearby the office. Nice and very affordable.

Wonderful service. Better than in HealthPartners in Minneapolis, for sure. Efficient quick work and the dentists are skilled and caring. The price is very affordable. I got a tooth implant and veneer on three incisors that were discoloured with age and the surface was crumbling. We had several appointments. The first one was just to examine the work needed and decide on a plan. They have a specialist for each type of treatment. I returned to do the veneer next and after that had the implant. The implant was quick and efficient, taking less than 40 minutes and with admirable skill. It takes about 6 months for the implant to totally heal and then I went back to have the crown put on. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. My whole family goes to this clinic and has for years. They even noticed an area of tooth decay that my US dentist missed when I went for regular cleaning and check-up at home.

Dr.Ford was very professional, and informative, with awesome views from their beautiful office. The staff including Dr. Ford was bilingual, great experience with my dentist's needs while in Panama City (new crown).

Doctor Rowan and his staff were very accommodating and I couldn't be happier with my decision to have them perform my veneer operation. His clinic is state of the art, by any measurable standard. Dr. Rowan was personally in constant communication with me before I arrived in Rio. He answered all my questions, putting me at ease and making me confident in my decision. The quality of work is excellent and I recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic dentistry.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
