My wife and I came from Oregon (Aug '23) so she could get 2 implants. We stayed in Yuma with a small dog. They picked us up at our motel (with the dog) and brought us to their office. They worked very professionally, and everything happened as we were told it would and they returned us to our motel. We will be returning for crowns this winter.

I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

I have been here two times for dental work. Could not be more satisfied!!! 2 1/2 days. Crowns 4, root canal. Awesome experience!!! Rick was great!! Kept us informed the whole time. Would not go to anyone else!!!!

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results. I have had veneers, an implant, fillings, root canal, both my daughters have had work fixing a broken front tooth, which came up perfectly, like brand new on my 7-year-old, braces for my 13-year-old, cleaning and whitening for both my husband and I. The service is wonderful, staff are great, the price is better than in Australia, where we are from and the work is professional and excellent. Thank you Guatemala Dental Team! Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

Melisa has been a treasure. Thorough, honest and knows what she’s doing. A complicated bone graft from Canada that had gone sideways has been dealt with by her and fixed. Her staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

Even though I live in Texas I have traveled several times over quite a few years to this Dental Clinic. I consider Dr. Monica Sheddon an outstanding Dentist and have always gotten superb treatment. This has involved many types of procedures, including, extractions, Crowns, cleaning and implants.

My experience at Paulino Almonte Dental Team was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and warm hospitality from the staff. During my consultation, the dentist was very professional and explained the procedure to me in detail. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic and the care they showed towards me. Additionally, the facilities were impeccably clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. I would definitely recommend Paulino Almonte Dental Team to friends and family in search of excellent dental care.

This is a very good clinic and the staff was great. The equipment was modern and they were prepared when I arrived. Pena Soriano Dr. Juan Tomas was really outstanding. He explained everything he was doing and was very reassuring. He speaks great English also. He identified very quickly that I had braces and a different number of teeth extracted to make room. My problem started when they extracted teeth back when I was young which led to the incorrect teeth meeting each other when I bit down resulting in cracking. First dentist that has identified that. He was very thorough in his examination and sent me to get further digital imaging done so he could see how to proceed with my treatment plan and insure the dental implants were placed in the exact spot they needed to be. So now I have a plan and I am looking forward to getting this taken care of. I feel very confident after my visit. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Delgado was very knowledgeable and so kind. I went to him since I thought I needed an Implant. He send me to get a 3D Xray and it revealed that I do not have enough bone structure even after I had a bone graft done for an implant. He offered to make a bridge for me instead. I agreed but after researching it I declined since I can get a bridge paid for by my insurance in Germany. He was okay with that. He did a very good teeth cleaning and I paid just for the evaluation and the cleaning. He is a great professional Dentist and the office help is wonderful too. I highly recommend him.

I came to Dr. Rowan’s clinic with severe toothache. The team was friendly and explained the process in detail. Dr Rowan and his team are very professional, and the clinic is pleasant! After the treatment, Dr. Rowan was available for any questions I had, he answered all of them thoroughly. I warmly recommend this clinic!

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
