I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. The gentleman Hector made every accommodation to make my time a breeze.

I first heard about Dr. Urzola by a random person in Tamarindo so I did some research and found that he has good reviews. I contacted Urzola's office and got very quick responses and quickly noticed that they seem to be very organized. That kind of organization lets me feel a bit more at-ease. I had already gotten a couple quotes from other implant places in the US so I was aware of US prices and being quoted 1/3 what the US price is for the dental work made it a top contender. Shortly thereafter I talked with Dr. Urzola personally about my personal case and my existing implants and he really made me feel at ease. I flew to San Jose, CR late February and spent a week there. They put me under with anesthesia and it was an excellent choice. It's a general anesthesia but not as deep as going in for a surgery. I had no issues with coming out of the anesthesia which was amazing because I have a history of not remembering where I am or having a difficult time coming out of anesthesia. It was a fantastic experience. I had them do full upper and lower implants which meant removing all my existing teeth but leaving in place my current implant posts so they could be reused into the overall mouth reconstruction. After removing my teeth they made me the temporary set which is essentially a type of dentures that is not removable. I left there with TEETH. Going in I had one tooth on the top of my mouth and I left with teeth! So amazing! My mouth surprisingly didn't hurt so much the first week. Granted, I was on pain killers but I expected more pain. One thing I found really interesting is that Dr. Urzola stitched my gums together after placing some implants under the gums and that seemed to *really* help with healing and keeping food and bacteria out of the sockets. I went back 2 weeks ago and got the finals and WOW! Let me tell you their zirconia finals are GORGEOUS. Seriously terrific! I'll be honest, my second trip hurt more than the first because they had to open up the gums to get to the implants placed under the gums and those hurt because of inflammation when they tighten the implants down to it. It's to be expected and I had them put them on without anesthesia so that I wouldn't be bothered with numb lips. Basically, I didn't have to hurt if I wasn't being vain but I really wanted to see my smile with lips that moved freely. I'm glad I did it this way because it allowed me to feel really comfortable with the fit and really lowered my anxiety even if it hurt (A LOT). If you don't like pain... just have them numb the gums and you'll be far better off. They offered several times... I just turned it down. I did get to see the lab while I was there and I'm really impressed. It really is right next door to their office and the lab is outfitted with everything needed to do the zirconia including the initial blank cutting and the baking of the teeth at 938 degrees F. It was really great being able to see the lab, especially because I'm into 3D printing and I understand how the tooling the lab has works. The whole staff at Urzola Dentistry is fantastic. To be honest...I didn't know what this was actually going to look like. I knew that I didn't want to spend what the Dentist told me I would have to in the states, so I just went and tried to find alternative ways to get the work I needed done. Once finding Clear Choice I was a bit apprehensive. When we got to Costa Rica I was extremely nervous, but Gabriele really did calm every fear I had. The dentists are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They showed me images walked me through everything that I would need and made me feel comfortable. The liaison Gabriele was incredible from taking us to appointments, picking us up from the airport and staying all day with us at the dentist. I have never seen someone work so hard with people and show so much kindness. I completely recommend Gabrielle.

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I had some issues with my teeth. Broken teeth, cavities, and old fillings that needed to be replaced. I showed up to Supreme dental and was greeted by friendly staff. The office is amazing, their equipment is top of the line and the staff is very professional and explained everything that was going on. The treatment I got was a full mouth restoration. My dentist did an exam and got started with my treatment. I stayed in the hotel they provided for 3 nights. It was hands down the best dental care I had in my life. I am recommending them to all my family and friends.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

I was elated with my treatment at Marietta Dental Care. They did a great job and fast as well. Office was very clean and I walked out after having a Wisdom tooth removed, a new bottom partial, and a relined top denture. I paid about $850 and saved over $4,000 from what my dentist in California wanted over $5,000 for insurance deductible that I didn't use! I highly recommend this office and dentist!

I took my grandson for braces. He has had 2 sessions. The dentist treating him seems very professional attentive and very caring for my grandson. He is the owner of the dental facility. I apologize don’t recall his name. So far we are both happy he is working really fast and efficiently with my grandson. Okay Dr. name is Ceasar Ruiz.

Dentics exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The facility is spotless and bright. The staff is very professional and couldn't be more helpful. I've spent my life dealing with multiple dental issues. This was the best dental experience I've had. My procedure was all on six. I love my new teeth. My wife and I have decided to travel to Dentics for all future dental needs. Thanks to them. My dental needs ended as of my final visit.

Hello everyone. I was in this clinic just last week. I have to mention before I go there I had little more stress, that I didn't know where I'm going or what gonna happen to me. But when I talked to Joe, and he explained everything to me, about fixing my teeth and all I need to know. Also helped me to find a good hotel to stay in. I got more trust to this clinic, when I arrive in Yuma driver came to pick me up and brought me to the clinic in Los Algodones. Then I found all people who work there are so friendly and very professional. I couldn't believe they put 11 crown in my gum in just 3 days, so beautiful. I'm very pleased and super happy. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone if you need to go there. I had a very good experience, and I wish I knew this office in my life long before. Super nice people, they treat me like family from driver to front desk and all groups of dentists. Very friendly and professional people. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I started coming to Novadent 7 years ago, since the beginning the service was excellent, they just changed my life. I filled out a form and they got back to me right away. I flew to San Diego, they arranged transport there for me. I was in and out in 6 hours. I had a CT Scan done pre-op and they changed the plan (they are very thorough). They ended up doing 5 implants installed and 6 teeth extracted. I stayed overnight at the hotel they recommended. They were so accommodating they drove me around or arranged the car for all of my movements. The next morning they did a follow-up appointment and then I caught the van back to San Diego. Everyone is very professional and they all speak good English. This could not have gone any smoother. Price was basically half of what it is in California. I will be returning for the crowns in about 6 months. I Highly recommend this practice.

I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.

Took me long to find the right dentist after having a bad experience years back and a lot of bad dental work done. I needed implants and to repair old root canals, finally, a family member told me about M&R I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Office is very clean staff is very nice and helpful fast response and easy to communicate.
