I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

When my wife and I arrived, Cesar picked us up at the airport in Yuma and provided us with free lodging! A room that is behind his home, securely gated, that made these two Oregonians feel safe! My wife thought she needed to do an All on 4 both top and bottom but even though Cesar's office would make more on that particular procedure, being a dentist of the highest integrity, he explained that all she really required was 5 implants. WOW!! Half the cost! His prices were fair, and he was flexible. So good, in fact, that I decided to have two implants done on the two missing teeth I had while we were there. Cesar explained each step of the work to be done, answered each question with a depth of knowledge, and his dental facility was immaculate and fully sanitized. On par with anything in the states. His staff was fantastic attending to all of our needs, acting like our personal taxi service, down to stopping by a local grocery store and waiting while we picked up a few items for our room! Jean acted as a translator because my high school Spanish was limited at best. Jean even filled out the forms for our insurance company. There are probably hundreds of dentists to choose from in Los Algodones. Look no further...RUMO DENTAL is the ONE!! We will be back in March to finish having the posts and zirconia crowns done.

I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.

From the time we were met at the border until we were walked back 3 days later we were treated royally. The dental work was perfect, and the offices very modern and clean! I shall return when needed and recommend Alberta Clinic as well. Thank you all.

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

I needed quite a bit of dental work and it was more than I could afford in Texas so saw this dentist who I saw had some good reviews and went in to see what it would cost to do all the work I needed done. Talked with dentist Paulina who by the way was amazing I don't speak Spanish but Rick who helps everyone coming in does very good after consulting with Paulina. We decided needed to pull 2 teeth, and do a bone Graft and after put in a bridge. We did all that including putting a crown and a root canal for me and my wife at a cost of 40percent of what my dentist in Texas wanted. I can't say enough about Paulina, I never had or felt pain or discomfort. Best dentist I've experienced with my teeth and I've experienced a few.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

I am very happy with my results, he is very professional and kind, he explain every step in detail, and the team he has is very good and at all times they gave me the assistance I needed. In addition, I stayed in his apartment and the experience was excellent, a few minutes from the clinic, cozy, clean and in an exclusive area of Santo Domingo with 24 hour security.

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

I have been having dental treatments with Dr Peniche for a few years now. From numerous crowns and dental implants I keep coming back to him because of his professionalism, his commitment to provide the best care and options available for his patients. In the beginning he insisted my teeth needed to be straightened, a process that would take somewhere around 18 months to 2 years. As I was nearly 70 I decided that I didn’t want to do this so eventually he agreed to work with what I had and would try to tidy up my smile the best that was possible. So crowns were done to even out the teeth that needed treatment, then implants were used where there were multiple teeth involved. As I was coming from out of the country he always made every attempt to accommodate my travel plans. He and his staff were all so professional and helpful with every aspect of my treatments. Dr Monica and Dr Moises got me in quickly for a sudden root canal due to a cracked tooth and multiple cavities to be filled, all under anesthesia. They were able to get me taken care of quickly and near painless, they also did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and at a great price. My entire family will be scheduling all of our appointments to get our dental work done with them, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services in Panama City!

I went to Dentoamerica in February 2023, I got composite veneers by Dr. Aline. I had the best experience here, all of the staff was extremely nice, professional, and helpful almost all of them were bilingual (English/Spanish)! They are also more careful and made me feel comfortable during my whole visit, unlike most dentists in the USA. Very good pricing and you can receive an additional discount if you use cash pesos. Definitely will be coming back and I recommend this dentist to anyone looking to get any type of dental work done!

My experience at Paulino Almonte Dental Team was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and warm hospitality from the staff. During my consultation, the dentist was very professional and explained the procedure to me in detail. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic and the care they showed towards me. Additionally, the facilities were impeccably clean and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Delgado was very knowledgeable and so kind. I went to him since I thought I needed an Implant. He send me to get a 3D Xray and it revealed that I do not have enough bone structure even after I had a bone graft done for an implant. He offered to make a bridge for me instead. I agreed but after researching it I declined since I can get a bridge paid for by my insurance in Germany. He was okay with that. He did a very good teeth cleaning and I paid just for the evaluation and the cleaning. He is a great professional Dentist and the office help is wonderful too. I highly recommend him.

Though I have not yet received treatment, I wish to convey my appreciation to Dr Antillon for his quick and accommodating service. All aspects of my upcoming trip were well serviced including airport pick-up and living accommodations. I have been well informed throughout the process with phone calls and e-mail updates. I am really looking forward to visiting his facility and, of course, beautiful Guatemala.
