We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. They were very patient with me and went above and beyond. Very caring and understanding of my anxiety and needs, and I did NOT need sedated. Thank you all very much! Eres el mejor!!!

I was missing a lot of teeth and my dream was to get implants. After other consults, I thought this dream was impossible until I met Nicole at Saberton in Brantford. She was so enthusiastic, informative and caring. We went ahead with a consult in Burlington at Harborview Dental which also was as good. I now have the bottom complete with 2 implants and I am so pleased with the outcome I have decided to get the top done too. Not just really good pricing but above and beyond great services. I received phenomenal treatment from Dr.Pena and his staff! They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very friendly. Dr.Pena is the best dentist that I have ever gone to and he is a perfectionist at his craft. I really love my teeth and for the first time in over 10 years, I can smile again with confidence knowing that my teeth have been restored back to their original look before I started losing my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Juan Tomas Pena to anyone and everyone who is looking to replace missing teeth via dental implants because he is absolutely amazing and awesome! He's the best dentist in the Dominican Republic!!

Dr. Delgado was very knowledgeable and so kind. I went to him since I thought I needed an Implant. He send me to get a 3D Xray and it revealed that I do not have enough bone structure even after I had a bone graft done for an implant. He offered to make a bridge for me instead. I agreed but after researching it I declined since I can get a bridge paid for by my insurance in Germany. He was okay with that. He did a very good teeth cleaning and I paid just for the evaluation and the cleaning. He is a great professional Dentist and the office help is wonderful too. I highly recommend him.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the entire team at the clinic. They were able to see me very quickly, and repair my denture in one day. If anyone is looking for a prompt, professional & caring team, look no further than this clinic. I can’t thank them enough.
