I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. The gentleman Hector made every accommodation to make my time a breeze.

I can’t overstate how much both the experience and the end results with Gabriel & Clear Choice Dental with the doctors and staff of Pinares Dental Solutions exceeded my expectations. The way that the two work together from the moment I arrived until Gabriel took us back to the airport is a marvel of service and ease. I came to get affordable dental care, but I had no idea just how much more was included. Gabriel and the clinic staff are consummate professionals. Patients’ needs and comforts are their highest priority. From the compassionate and gentle excellence of the dental work itself to Gabriel’s anticipation and fulfilment of even the smallest personal needs, everything about the process was phenomonal. My needs coming into this visit were extensive, whole mouth renewal essentially. I required 8 teeth extracted, multiple root canals, 8 implants and several crowns and temporary appliances. The large amount of work meant many appointments during two separate trips 6+ months apart. The care provided by the doctors and staff was the best I've ever experienced anywhere, bar none. But it was the services above and beyond dental work that were the wonderful surprise! Gabriel’s mission was to ensure that visitors have the same excellent experience outside the dental office as in. Gabriel in his actions and words connected us to the flow and pace of Costa Rica and what makes the country and life there truly special. With his help, what has always been a stressful ordeal at home became two genuinely happy experiences. He took care of logistics and details seamlessly, but seeing Costa Rica through his eyes was a true extra gift. I have worked and traveled in many parts of Latin America, and I would agree with her assessment. Costa Rica is a special place and Gabriel makes it more so! I also really want to honor Drs. Saenz and Gutierrez. They practice care to the highest technical and safety standards and their results are self-evident, but beyond that their doctor-patient manner was what impressed me. Needing as much extensive invasive work as she did, Jodi faced real physical and emotional challenges. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and supportive. Seeing my wife able to truly relax and smile without a care for the first time in years is happiness beyond words. Gabriel put us all together and made this all happen. It’s almost as an afterthought that I think of what it cost. But I want to highlight that both trips with a caregiver along (my son once and myself once) plus a few tourist attractions and day trips PLUS the cost of treatment still added up to well under half of what we were told the dental work alone would have cost in our country, even with what passes for ‘good’ dental insurance here. We are beyond satisfied with the entire experience!

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I have had extensive dental work, many crowns. I have been a tooth grinder for most of my life and the many crowns Cesar Ruiz has done for me years ago are still holding strong with no problems. I am 54 and have had enough experience with dentists to know that Cesar cares about and does his work to a high level of excellence.

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results. I have had veneers, an implant, fillings, root canal, both my daughters have had work fixing a broken front tooth, which came up perfectly, like brand new on my 7-year-old, braces for my 13-year-old, cleaning and whitening for both my husband and I. The service is wonderful, staff are great, the price is better than in Australia, where we are from and the work is professional and excellent. Thank you Guatemala Dental Team! Very impressive is the word I chose. So impressive with the entire operation. From the start to the final walkout. I'm from the US, I called and made the appointment, and they suggested several hotels or a meeting place. The driver called me to let me know he was on the way, very friendly and opened the doors. The staff greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. Then I was called to see the dentist. Again so impressive, she took her time going over the procedure, stated it was going to take some additional hours for my first set of dentures, and in the meantime, a driver would take me to the mall for lunch, which he came back to pick me back up and back to my appointment. Everything fit well. He took us back to the hotel and waited for the final dentures. The driver picked us up, the dentist made adjustments and said if I had any issues it would be a lifetime guarantee. I had a small issue which I called, they picked me up adjustments were made. Very happy, very satisfied, very impressed. Hope this helps you make your decision.

I cannot say enough about Stetic Implant and Dental Centers, I was so scared when I arrived at the airport to be picked up by Manny, he immediately talked to me about the process in which I was about to endure, easing my anxiety. Manny is such a wonderful man, very intelligent and well informed and a pleasure to be around. I needed 3 implants, the price of implants in the US was not in my budget. My husband had a friend who he worked with that her sister came to Stetic and had nothing but good things to say about this clinic. So I made my appointment. Upon arrival to the clinic I was still nervous, but Manny sat my husband and myself down to start the paperwork process. Explaining everything about the procedures and reassuring us that I would be fine. I was then introduced to Dr. Palacio (not sure of the spelling), and he was incredible. This Doctor was so gentle and explained everything he was going to do to me before he did it. My nerves settled down and the procedure was performed. After the procedure was done I told Manny and my husband "this was a piece of cake". After the procedure, I have had no issues and very little discomfort. I would not hesitate to recommend Stetic Implant and Dental Centers in Nuevo Progreso to anyone needing dental work done.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

Dr. Melisa Meneses and Dr. Adriana Rios Aguirre were excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I had a complete set of crowns put on with Dr. Meneses and she helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth, explained what needed to be done and provided valuable advice and recommendations. I was very pleased with the outcome. Dr Adriana Rios Aguirre did my teeth cleanings and was very thorough, informative, very patient and highly skilled. Highly recommend them both! The rest of the staff was friendly, personable and made me feel cared for and comfortable throughout my time with them. Thanks to Dr. Meneses and the entire team.

I chose Dr Osvaldo Candanosa Gutierrez over a much larger clinic because a felt more comfortable. The first time I went was in January and had a root canal, an extraction and 8 Zirconium crowns, it took 2 days. The second time I came was in March with my girlfriend Shirley and buddy Ward who also had work done. I had a 5-unit bridge on top, another tooth extracted, my teeth whiten and a Zirconium crown put on a post I had previously had done in Washington. I have 2 dental insurance plans, and the other is still pending. It would have taken me about 6-8 years to get the work done in Washington. Shirley had her teeth whitened and was told she needed a crown and didn't. He fixed it. Ward was told he needed 3 crowns. He needed 2 Zirconium crowns, and some other work for $800 and something. He was a happy guy. The reason I say Zirconium crowns is because my insurance only pays for porcelain crowns and the way I understand it Zirconium is 3X stronger than porcelain. Anyway, I believe I made the right decision for myself with my health issues. During my multiple visits I didn't experience any pain, the staff was great, and the clinic was clean. I was very happy and so was Ward and Shirley.

I came for the 3D scan. In and out in no time. Excellent service.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.

Very happy with my new smile, I feel like a new person. Dr Beltre gave me back the desire to smile, I had many years with that yearning. I looked for several doctors and in the end I selected him, they always kept in touch with me. They responded before to get my concerns and the treatment of him and his assistant is top-notch.

Very good clinic. Got me in the same day I called. Very fast, did a great job on my dentures. Worked all day to make my dentures in a couple of days as I had lost mine in the ocean.

I am happy and satisfied with my new smile. I had been postponing this for years! The dentists here are friendly, reasonable prices and the best of all is that there was no pain during the process. I highly recommend both Dra. Rocio and Dr. Eddie
