Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

My husband had a rhinoplasty operation and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The care at the hospital is a 10 out of 10. The clean hospital and staff were so accommodating. We thank the staff for everything and would recommend to everyone.

As a foreigner, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Savoia. He is a knowledgeable and professional doctor, which is rare to find in Italy. I researched many doctors online and decided on Dr. Savoia.  After communicating with him via email in English, he replied to me quickly and answered all my questions in great detail. Every time I've gone to Milan to consult with him, he is extremely patient. He explains things in great detail and we communicate very well without any problems. Also, his prices are very reasonable compared to others. His operation materials are of top global quality. His surgical skills are incomparable. Additionally, his hospital arrangements are all professional, with full crews who can speak English. This makes a foreigner feel very comfortable undergoing an operation in a foreign country without hassle, especially regarding any potential language problems. My operation went smoothly. Dr. Savoia provided clear instructions for all the medicines. The wound healed within 1 month, though the first week was extremely uncomfortable. After the operation, Dr. Savoia continued follow-up care and responded quickly to my messages until everything was calm again. I highly recommend Dr. Savoia.

I would never have guessed that it would be so easy to have an surgery abroad. They planned everything and all I had to do was buy flights and enjoy my new body. I made an appointment to meet Mr. Harley to discuss what could be done with my nose. I’ve been unhappy with the appearance of my nose for years (I had a steep bridge). Mr. Harley examined my nose and took pictures from different angles. He showed me photos of before and after work, he’s carried out on other patients in or a similar situation and started to talk about what could be done with mine. Mr. Harley understood what I wanted to be done and showed me on his computer roughly what it could look like. He was very honest and professional throughout which made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Later that day I received an email from Mr. Harleys secretory Linda with my quotation, which included a full break down of all the costs. I personally thought the price was reasonable for the type of operation I was expecting to have. As soon as I agreed to go ahead, Mr. Harley wanted to see me again Incase I had any other questions and to make sure I was 100% happy. On the morning of my operation, I checked in at reception and got shown to my room. The nurses introduced themselves and done some tests (all the nurses are extremely helpful and kind). Mr. Harley came and saw me make sure I was ok and took some more photos. After my operation I was looked after very well by everyone - nurses and healthcare assistants kept checking on me and offering me something to drink/eat. Mr. Harley saw me later that day to see how I was and explained how the operation went. After a comfortable night, it was almost time for me to go home. The nurses and Mr. Harley done some final tests and gave me some medication to take home - they explained what I should do if I had any problems and to call anytime. After a week, I had my splint and stitches removed. Mr. Harley was pleased with the result and so was I 100%! He explained it takes around a year for the nose to completely settle down which is understandable. Overall I can honestly say I am so happy with the service and care I received. All the staff are friendly, professional and always wanting to help. Mr. Harley is very professional, honest and caring - I would recommend him to anyone as he takes great pride in his work and looks after his patients.

My experience at HEC was absolutely amazing. From getting my initial consultation to the end result. I never thought I would be happy with my smile but they have given me a smile that I am proud to show. No problems here. Highly recommended. The place is welcoming and clean, the staff are very helpful, and the treatment went without a hitch. As a patient who just wants to get the job done, this was perfect.
