Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I am so so happy with them. I had a breast implant removal and a breast lift. I'm over the moon with the results and I feel fantastic. The team are so nice and friendly. You don't have to worry about anything as they take care of all of your journeys to and from the hospital, check in with you regularly. After the surgery, the nurses regularly popped in to check I was comfortable. The surgeon is a lovely guy, very transparent and professional. Also a big thanks to our translator who was with us at each appointment, he was brilliant! Money very well spent! I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! In my case Dr Karantonis did blepharoplasty and achieved breast symmetry, which I'm fully satisfied and very happy with the result. I went and had gastric sleeve surgery here and from the moment I arrived, with Oskar waiting for me at the airport, to all the tests I had done, to the actual surgery. It was like I was in a 10-star hotel, anything I needed Oskar helped with, The clinics were spotless and didn’t look like normal hospitals so very calming. I will definitely be going back there again, very good value.
I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy.
