I came all the way from Russia to get Gynefix IUD places at Dr. Ebru’s clinic. I was pleasantly shocked by the service and professional attitude! Thank you to Dr Cenk for his professionalism and service, he made me feel comfortable although I was really nervous prior to my surgery. He is very professional and courteous. A massive Thank You to Sevim (Agent - Co-Ordinator) who made sure all my needs were met with a smile. She is professional, courteous and always returns your messages whenever you need to correspond with her. Totally felt comfortable around her. Highly recommend contacting Savim prior to you booking your Treatment as she is the main person who will be with you throughout your treatment and stay at the hospital. I went on my own, my recommendation is to take someone with you as post-operation you could really do with a close friend or a family member for that emotional roller coaster of post-op effects to really wear off before you start recovering and actually get back on to your own feet. Also, make sure to use Google Translate as most of the nurses DO NOT speak or Understand English so please download Google Translate prior to your operation. I have now lost 13 Kg in just 5 weeks. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

My experience with IM Clinic from the start to where I am today has been nothing but exceptional. From my initial contact with Aida, to my consultations with my surgeons Dr's Gómez, Herrero and Beltrán, my anaesthetist and care from the nurses. The cleaning staff were extremely discrete and the food for both myself and my wife, who was also looked after during my stay, was good. Myself and my wife were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. On the day of my surgeries my surgeons continuously re-assured me as they could see how nervous I was and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. My wife was also informed of my progress during surgery and reassured all was ok. I highly recommend IM Clinic and would not hesitate in returning, should I feel the need.

Everything from my initial free consultation, through my treatment and aftercare for a small growth on my head and a brown mole on the side of my forehead was absolutely fantastic. Dr Benitez was thorough and sensitive to my needs and so very professional, the operations that she carried out were exceptional. The general care at Dr Benitez's clinic was something I have not experienced before. Caring and professional from the very beginning with aftercare that was so very good. A particular mention has to go to her nurse and her colleagues who were so very friendly, wonderful!! I cannot thank the ladies enough for their care and kindness.

My treatment from start to finish was first class. The staff at the clinic were very professional and the clinic itself was absolutely immaculate.

Everything went nice and smooth - kindness and professionalism were part of the deal. The only downside is the price - they make sure it catches you by surprise at the end (my cheek fillers were pricier than in my home country). They make you feel welcome and comfy, and the place is tidy and state-of-the-art. No pain at all.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.
