I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

Contacted me very quickly after my enquiry and arranged an appointment within days. The first appointment was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic is beautiful and she has a wonderful staff. The doctor herself is friendly, with a great bedside manner and also, a perfectionist! That is what you want in a cosmetic dermatologist! I look at least 10 years younger and am very pleased with the results. Tip- bring cash. My bank flagged the transaction and it took an hour to clear up. This of course had nothing to do with Dr Ulusal. I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation and time.

Honest? Words cannot express the absolute joy of being able to be treated as a normal person. Professionalism is out of the field. Have recently had lip filler done with Simone and she has been fantastic; she listened to what I wanted to achieve & the results were perfect - achieving a really natural look. I went to the surgery 8.30am 14th September 2022, I was very nervous as there had been 2 failed attempts. I was put at ease straight away by Bilal the dentist and the by his assistant Sarah. All went smooth. They were friendly and reassuring throughout.
