So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). I have been having treatment with Shaan for over a year now, basically over time she has remodelled my face. Sim also treated me for skin tightening, and I've had cheek fillers, lip fillers, and threads to my lower face. They give the ultimate care in their treatments, and all the girls at Aesthetics are lovely, I am so happy with the outcome of my treatments delivered by such an experienced team, thank you Shaan especially.

My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and at ease in pleasant surroundings and appreciated the advice given to me on skincare. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

I was very impressed with the nurse Geri who explained every little detail about the fractional CO2 laser treatment. Extremely professional will definitely do this procedure by the end of the year. Extremely helpful and answers all your questions patiently!

I had Polynucleotides and NCTF at Dr Raquel's clinic in Kings Hill. I had the treatments done under my eyes as I had heavy dark circles/bags. Dr Raquel made me very comfortable and safe from the very first meeting. She is incredibly professional and made sure I had all the information I needed before going ahead with the treatment. I am over the moon with the results, my under eyes have lightened dramatically and I’m incredibly happy. I highly would recommend Dr Raquel and would definitely go back to her for other treatments! My Wife attended 2 weeks ago to have several small moles removed from her face and neck. She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I would not hesitate in recommending this place, so helpful, polite and obliging. 5 stars off us *****.

I had an eyelid surgery with lip injections. Lower eyelid, fat injection and upper eyelid. It takes time to see the results but in a few weeks that was wonderful! Professional team, very good work and nice assistance from Elizabeth who welcomed me very well during my stay in Budapest. I did a follow-up in my country to check the eyelids and remove the strips as I did not stay long and my doctor noticed that the job has been done in an excellent way! I recommand Mona Lisa!
