I had breast augmentation, so in regards to arranging the procedure, I was coming from London,UK to Turkey. I was extremely worried because I thought what happens if I'm stranded at the airport however from the questions I had prior to the actual confirmation everything was going very well. I received the certificates of my surgeon, pictures of previous ops, the schedule for the day etc. I will admit as soon as I landed it felt very rushed and I didn't really have time to wrap my head around it. I thought I'd be able to feel the implants that would be going in me forever! And because I have a guide but didn't know exactly what size I wanted I thought I'd also be able to wear the 2 sizes I was debating to make the right choice, besides those things I had a good experience and I am happy with the outcome. I think my surgeon Dr Sinem was great. She explained my aftercare well and suggested I stayed in contact. I would also like to thank Ayla she was sooooooo helpful even on her day off, we got along great because we laugh and smile randomly. I made a good friend in Turkey. I am currently at the stage of 3 weeks, following the aftercare very carefully and all is good thus far. Only not being apart of the decision making and feeling rushed were my issues.

I had an amazing experience with an amazing Doctor. I am writing my review after I had left Antalya to tell only the truth. I was suffering from prolapse in my vagina following 4 children. In my medical history 3 times I had problems with anesthesia. However, with Dr Mehmet‘s team, I've got a successful operation. I did not have any complications from anesthesia, my operation are totally successful. Thanks for everything.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I wholeheartedly endorse this hospital and its services. I felt a sense of support and belonging from everyone on staff, which made me feel less apprehensive. I may appreciate Buket and Beste's help and effort and of course, special thanks to my surgent Duran Cekic for his amazing piece of artwork. The only suggestion I have for the entire team is that they should improve their communication after discharge because it wasn't very good. No one checked in on me after I was released unless I messaged and asked any questions, but Beste deserves special praise for locating the information and responding to my messages.

I had a great experience with my breast augmentation surgery. Dr Afet and her team answered all my questions in the lead up to the surgery. Everything was organised well (such as car transfers & translator at the hospital) and communication was clear & I always received quick responses. I flew from London for the surgery and her team made me feel at ease with the whole process. Her friendly team checked in with me numerous times post surgery & Dr Afet made me feel calm & assured as I was quite nervous beforehand. I would recommend Dr Afet & her team for surgery especially to any one feeling nervous about being in a different country. The private room at the hospital was new & nice & Dr Afet’s clinic was also a nice clinic space. I am 3 weeks post-surgery and already super happy with my results!

I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Came over from the UK to get Gynecomastia surgery and can't thank them enough. They organised everything from the airport transfer to the hotel and everything went smoothly. Cost for the surgery was the best I could find and really impressed with the results.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

I'm an insulin-dependent diabetic and after weight loss surgery I chose here for my tummy tuck and was totally the best choice! I sailed through the whole process with ease from staff and surgeon. I went alone and honestly / my recovery was nothing. I'm almost 1-year post-op and I've contacted the clinic again about thigh and arm lift surgery. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ve had some work done at this clinic. I have to say from the minute Meltem contacted me. Everything moved forward with speed and professionalism. Meltem put me at ease throughout the whole procedure. There’s always someone explaining everything in English. She put my mind at ease on any worries I had. The day of the op, Meltem was there with me at 7 am. She stayed with me for the whole period of time I was at the hospital. I really can not praise Meltem or the company enough, they are extremely professional, no pressure selling and mostly the customer comes first. I would rate them 5 stars without hesitation.
