From the very beginning, everyone at Clinics United has been more than helpful, sweet, caring and reliable. I want to first take some time and personally thank Feride, she has been helping me with the whole process from beginning to end. When I needed towels to have a shower, I just had to send her a message and not even 3 minutes after, I had a nurse in my room with a couple of towels as requested. She is the most efficient and caring person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery done with them and now after almost 4 weeks, I have to say it was the best decision I ever made. No pain, no discomfort and no worries. 2 weeks after the surgery I was back at work and I must say it's not your usual 9-5 office work, but a 9 to (?) work at a veterinary clinic all day standing and lifting stuff. The surgeon did an amazing job because I only had to use painkillers 3 times. Nabil came to pick me up at the airport and took me straight to the hospital where I had all my tests done. I had my own private room, super big and comfy with a private shower and toilet and a kettle as well! All the nurses were amazing. I felt sad to leave the hospital. I also want to thank the surgeon, who always came into my room with a smile, making jokes and treating me like his own daughter, that made me feel extremely happy and safe. I am planning on going back next year to have a tummy tuck once I get to my desired weight and I can't stress enough how happy I am for choosing them. The manager took me on a trip to the beach with Nabil where I had apple juice and relaxed under the sunshine That was amazing since I wasn't planning on going anywhere, it was a nice surprise to be able to see Antalya a little bit. The hospital is very clean and quiet. The materials they use are state of the art and the best quality you can get. The procedure is super fast and the team is amazing. And since everything is inclusive in the price, you don't have to worry about anything, they take care of you like family.

Wonderful staff. My coordinator Tunhan was fantastic and was there from pick up at the airport until I returned home. I was taken to lunch to an exquisite lunch by the director and he brought me to see an ophthalmologist when I woke with a swollen eye not related to surgery. Dr Onur Ogun was honest with me in telling me not to have my thighs liposuctioned. I plan on returning for another surgery when I can.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

For years, I was uncomfortable with the way my clothes fit. I was self-conscious about the size of my breasts and felt everyone was looking at them, and not in a "good" way. I did not have any back or shoulder pain, so I knew that my friend went to Turkey a couple of years ago. I finally decided to just do it for myself. I got the number from my friend and contacted them on WhatsApp. A patient coordinator contacted and she took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or like she needed to hurry to get to the next patient. She was very professional, kind and genuine and completely understood where I was coming from and what I was hoping for. I was confident I had chosen the right place to perform my reduction. I would not hesitate to contact them again for anything in the future, and I would HIGHLY recommend West.

In December 2023, after a lot of thought, I decided to have gastric sleeve surgery. Years of dieting had made me tired and I now wanted to go this route. I spent nights reading, comparing and writing to clinics, and then decided on this clinic and didn't regret it. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, from the pickup from the airport to the preliminary examinations as well as the operation and aftercare, everything was tip top. The nurses, the doctors and the nutritional advice were so well organized and I always felt like I was in good hands. With Julia at my side, who always organized everything so well, took loving care of me and whom you could and still can write to at any time, I would like to recommend this clinic one hundred per cent with an honest heart.

Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. I first met Medhera’s doctor in September 2023 for my first consultation, during which I never felt rushed and felt he took the time to understand my desires. I was initially worried that he would feel that my small hump wasn’t worth surgery however I felt he understood my motivations. The results have exceeded my expectations completely. My motivation for the surgery was to remove the hump however, Medhera’s doc managed to straighten my nose from the front as well as remove the hump. My nose looks like the nose I was supposed to be born with!

I decided to do the surgery a few months before July and my previous doctor at my previous clinic cancelled my appointment 2 weeks before the surgery, so I was looking for a new clinic like crazy because I had my ticket already with me and I didn't want to lose it. So I texted the clinic and Seher (one of the assistants) contacted me back and I was one day into the trip and I wasn't sure if I should change clinics or not because was a big change in such a short time... But to my luck I got the best assistance ever. Seher was amazing she made me feel so secure and explained to me everything and ensured me that she would take care of everything and gave me all the information that I needed and the doctor that I wanted. The hospital and the nurses were amazing was one of the best experiences ever. The best part was the price, very affordable and even less than my old clinic...For everyone that took care of me thank you so much and especially to Seher, doctor professor Adnan and the nurses. Dr. Ulas is more than just a doctor, he is an amazing person that really cares about human contact with you and wants you to feel comfortable and give you the best life ever after your surgery. I did a rhinoplastic with him and I would do it again and again, because he changed my life and my new nose fit perfectly my personality and my face. I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Zuhal has been attentive and answered my million questions with patience and knowledge. Clearly she is an expert in this field and passionate about the work. I appreciate how she walked through everything and made the experience about what was best for me, not pressuring me on anything and more importantly, not making me feel like my questions were dumb. Outstanding service, I could not be happier. Quite remarkable really. Dr. Manav did wonderful work. His support staff was top-notch and took care of my every need. I was a stranger in a strange land having surgery. I did not need to worry they took great care of me. Defne handled all of the arrangements on the front end and did a fantastic job. From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service from FlyHealth from my very first enquiry 2 years ago right up until even now 4 weeks post op. I had a great experience with my breast augmentation surgery. Dr Afet and her team answered all my questions in the lead up to the surgery. Everything was organised well (such as car transfers & translator at the hospital) and communication was clear & I always received quick responses. I flew from London for the surgery and her team made me feel at ease with the whole process. Her friendly team checked in with me numerous times post surgery & Dr Afet made me feel calm & assured as I was quite nervous beforehand. I would recommend Dr Afet & her team for surgery especially to any one feeling nervous about being in a different country. The private room at the hospital was new & nice & Dr Afet’s clinic was also a nice clinic space. I am 3 weeks post-surgery and already super happy with my results!
