I am a male and had an operation when I was a teenager for a condition called gynecomastia on my left breast. The operation left me scarred and disfigured. I needed to go and have the same operation done on the right breast, but didn’t because of the experience I already encountered. It curtailed me when swimming in public because I had to wear a T shirt. It probably wasn’t that bad, but in my mind it was. Two weeks ago I had corrective surgery on the left breast and liposuction on the right breast by the medical team at Auralia. On my initial visit and consultation with the surgeon Dr. Ahmed Salmen he reassured me that the operation would be a total success and that I would be very happy with the result. The operation went very smoothly and I never suffered any pain or discomfort in the days that followed. I was initially nervous about having surgery and going through the whole process again but delighted I went for that consultation with Dr. Salmen. Two weeks on and for the first time I was able to swim and walk on a packed beach with confidence. We came from the US for a knee replacement. Prior to the surgery at Allmedica, I had undergone 18 orthopaedic surgeries on various joints in the US. Hands down, this was the best and most personal care I have ever received. Everyone from the coordinator to the nurse, surgeon and therapist were excellent. For those of you worries about a language barrier, that was NOT an issue. Should I ever need another orthopaedic procedure, I will be returning to Nowy Targ to visit Allmedica.

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.
