My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My problem is a huge birthmark on my face. Another doctor told me that I would not get rid of it completely. After several treatments with the laser I did not see any difference. Already after the first treatment, there was a huge difference. My birthmark was brighter. The treatments are not very painful. Like shooting a rubber band. After three treatments I made a comparison with the photo before the first treatment and after the third one was healed. I cried with happiness with results. Today was my fourth treatment and I can't wait for the next one. I am very grateful for the amazing atmosphere that reduces stress.
