I never used to think about enlarged pores, or even really know what they were – until I turned 50, when my own pores overnight got noticeably bigger – to the point where they became practically the only feature of my face I could see. It was awful. Trying to cover them up with foundation only accentuated them, so make- up couldn’t make me look better; quite the opposite, it made my skin look even worse. I underwent three monthly sessions, which were completely painless, and by the end of these my pores had shrunk so much that I’ve gone back to never even noticing them.

I have been going to Dr Shikha now for around 3 years, I have injectables, fillers and recently some very natural-looking filler in my lips. I also changed my skincare regime to Obagi. I had suggested ideas I had read about but Dr Shikha, I have found will always advise the right route to take using her expertise. I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. After years of being unhappy with my breasts (areola), I finally did my research and so happy I choose Dr Rahman to do my surgery! I travelled quite far to have them done but I would do it all again. Results are fantastic and after a week the healing is amazing. The surgery itself if pain free and was done in about an hour and a half. Only wish I did it sooner!!!

I was so surprised at how cheap, quick, simple, and painless having my mole removed was. In hindsight, I should have done it years ago. If I had known how easy it was going to be.
