After visiting Dr Raquel today 05/07/22 I would like to express my fantastic experience. Dr Raquel is extremely a lovely beautiful lady inside & out that I cannot thank enough. Her knowledge is absolutely amazing & explained everything to me in full detail and really gives you the time and made me feel so much better about my appearance and how I was feeling. The clinic is stunning and everything so clean and spotless. I have never been anywhere before that I have felt so comfortable & could explain what my concerns are about myself & Dr Raquel listens and gives you the best advice and helped me so much. I would 200% recommend the amazing Dr Raquel to all my friends & family and just wish I found Dr Raquel earlier but I sm so lucky I have now. I am so exicted to start my first treatment on the 25th July & further treatments too, plus starting new skin products. I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
