Her professional and personal approach immediately put me at ease and she took time to listen to what I wanted and answered all of my questions, explaining the whole process and treatment in detail. I had work on my tear troughs, which had been bothering me for ages. The results are great and look very natural. It’s the extra care that Dr Raquel takes before, during and after treatment, and the great results, that has given me confidence to book another treatment. Amish had to be the most approachable and professional person I’ve seen. He’s extremely conscientious with the procedures he does. He is very honest (which was refreshing) and always feels a million dollars after I’ve visited. Never would I go anywhere else.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
