I had a wart removed from my face. The clinic arranged the appointment promptly and the procedure was undertaken competently by friendly and well-qualified staff. Dr Raquel was very understanding, explained the polynucleotide injection procedure and provided medical evidence to help put my mind at rest. I have since undergone 3 sessions of PN's on my face, neck and decolletage and the results have been amazing. I've had thermolysis treatment from Arora for a large number of tiny warts/moles on my face. I am absolutely delighted with the results, but I also wanted to say how kind and compassionate Arora is. I felt as though I was treated like a friend or family member. Before I met Arora, I had several consultations elsewhere. I was told by my GP that I couldn't have treatment as my problem was 'cosmetic.' I was given recommendations to try a number of creams, facial products and skin peels (all of which were expensive and would require ongoing treatment). Arora was the only person who identified the fact that my problem was contagious and that she could treat it with thermolysis. The treatment itself was slightly painful, but Arora was very considerate and gave me regular breaks. I am so pleased with the results, it has already made me feel much more confident about my skin.

I cannot recommend Park Grange Advanced Skin Clinic enough. The welcome is always wonderfully friendly, you are put at ease straight away. I had an Aqua 3 facial which was absolute bliss. Paula gave me some advice regarding my skin care so I bought some products and it's done wonders for my rosacea. Couldn't be happier.

After being rejected by the NHS for a condition I have had for 8 years I desperately looked for help in the Dorset area. Took potluck as Wimborne was not too far from home. I sent my problem to the Skin Clinic and was seen and treated within 10 days, having been dealt with on the same day as the diagnosis. The doctor and nurse were great and although it cost me a bit it was worth not having to be so self-conscious for more years. Reception could have put me at ease better though.

I have recently started having laser hair removal just for the face and neck with Simone. I have had two sessions so far and I’m really pleased with the results, the hair has reduced significantly and I know with the further 6 sessions the results will be amazing and no more threading and waxing which was just causing trauma to my skin often with skin tears which would leave pigmentation marks. Having laser hair removal for the face is definitely the best decision I have made!!!!

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!

Really impressed with Jacqui, the whole process and benefits were discussed in full before the treatment and answered all my questions and concerns. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.
