After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

I recently had some dermal filler treatment with Dr Raquel. She was incredibly through, professional, took her time and care throughout the whole process. I was actually surprised at how comfortable the treatment was! Dr Raquel went above and beyond my expectations from treatment which was subtle tweaks and keeping results natural. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! I'll 100% be traveling down from the North to Kent to see her for my next session.

Have recently had lip filler done with Simone and she has been fantastic; she listened to what I wanted to achieve & the results were perfect - achieving a really natural look. I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!

Had blocked left ear for a while and went to my GP and saw a nurse who said I needed micro suction. I chose The Nurse Clinic as it was local and upon just looking at my ear she said I had an infection. I was surprised as I was not told this by the nurse I saw at my GP. The nurse at this clinic was excellent and very thorough. She examined my ear and explained in great detail. I even got to see my ear on TV! I would highly recommend this clinic. My husband has had years of ear problems and he also was exposed problems so I told him to go and he had an appointment the next day. Very impressed he was.
