All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

I had a dead-cell facial peel plus a milia and other small sebaceous growths removed by the very efficient and friendly Julie. I was impressed that she only charged for the appointment time, not for how many treatments were applied. My healing has been quicker than I initially thought and I feel confident that the treatment will be successful (still a little early to tell).

The results of my treatment have been amazing! And the staff are so helpful and very friendly couldn’t recommend anywhere better.

From the first contact, I have received excellent communication, service and treatment. Dr Martin discussed my condition in easy-to-understand terms with my wife and I, then the procedure. Dr Martin has a great patient interaction and I felt very comfortable. The procedure went according to plan - every step explained as it was happening. Remote aftercare and responses to my questions were quick. I received my biopsy results on Boxing Day morning - a great Christmas present, giving me peace of mind that my condition had been resolved. I’ve been to see Jacqui for various treatments to tackle signs of premature aging, pigmentation, and skin tags. Jacqui is extremely knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. I would not hesitate in recommending Jacqui to anyone.

I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.
