What I love about Ultracel is the fact that it makes your own body do all the work. I loved watching my face look younger as the weeks and months passed, and I loved not having to worry about whether it could go wrong, or worry about how many times I could repeat the procedure in the future. Knowing that my own collagen is what’s making me look younger and better is the best feeling. I love this treatment!

All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

The results of my sessions have been great! I have had multiple sessions removing facial hair and it has worked great and super improved my self-esteem. Results will obviously be better if you have dark hair like I do and for anyone getting sessions for your face I definitely recommend their numbing cream first before any session, I forgot for my first session and made sure I didn't forget any others. I have recently started having treatments with Dr Raquel as she is highly recommended and is well regarded in her field. Dr Raquel is highly professional but approachable, friendly and kind. As to be expected the treatment outcome was wonderful, she is skilled and I wouldn't be going anywhere else from now on. She will not overtreat you just enhance you.

I could not recommend Dr Khalil and his clinic more highly. I had the feeling I could trust him and his clinic from the first call. In any procedure, this is of absolute importance. I had hair transplanting done yesterday and it took approx 6 hours from start to finish. You do not leave his hands he cares for you from the moment you get there. I'm not going to say it was painless, I have a very sensitive scalp but Dr Khalil did absolutely everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. He is kind, caring and a credit to his profession. His technicians are professional, friendly, helpful and equally caring when sorting the "onions" for replanting. The clinic is outstanding, the facilities outstanding. If you want a hair transplant this Doctor is the only doctor I would ever recommend and use. I am a normal hard-working patient, I worked 3 jobs to get this done so my review is honest and straightforward.
