I had my surgical procedure carried out at Diamond Skin Care within the Roundwell Medical Practice in Costessey. The registered nurse who diagnosed my treatment and carried out the surgery was Anelia Mihaylova, she made me feel at ease and explained in advance in a clear precise way exactly what the treatment would entail. Dr Lewis acted calmly and with great authority when I called her when my daughter was taken ill in March 2020. My 11-year-old daughter had developed a very worrying cough and was very poorly. My local NHS GP would not see her or prescribe antibiotics and told me coldly that my child should be put in isolation for 14 days and wait and see what happens? Everyone with her symptoms was being treated as if they had Coronavirus and would not listen to the fact that she had pre-existing chest problems and had bronchitis many times in the past and ended up in the hospital. I could not accept this and called Dr Lewis she listened carefully and took full control of the situation. Her surgery was closing at 1pm and I could not get there before 1.30 yet when I arrived she had all the medicines packaged and waiting for me in a separate place even after they had closed I gave my daughter her pumps and antibiotics within two hours of making a phone call to Dr Lewis. Alice is now recovering well thanks to Dr Lewis's fast action and knowledge. I can totally recomend Surrey GP Dr Lewis even phoned to see how Alice was in her own time. A great Dr you can trust and rely on. Thank you, Dr Lewis, from all our family.

I recently had 3D Dreamforce at LAC. The clinic is very friendly, professional and spotless. Gita was excellent and checked throughout the treatment that I was comfortable and explained everything that was happening. My skin was a little bit red, like I’d been in the sun, for about an hour afterwards, but not in any way sore or painful. It soon settled. Gita also recommend the correct aftercare to ensure the best outcome from the treatments. Four weeks after and using the aftercare products my skin looks clearer, fine lines reduced and my pores look so much finer. Results improve with time but so far I am delighted. Highly recommend LAC

I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.

Lovely place lovely lady at the desk Karen she was such a nice lady. Had my hydrafacial done by Laura she was a lovely polite lady talked me true everything step by step wood highly recommended lovely shop as well very clean and posh. Had a hydrafacial and lip perk. Really happy with my results.
