Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I have felt completely comfortable with each visit and will most definitely continue to! I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing! I arrived at the clinic nervous and unhappy with a crooked smile that had been part of my life for 30 years plus. Having proper dental phobia it wasn't an easy decision to make but knew that I needed to do something. A friend recommended Dr Binnur and her clinic and I am so glad that they did. From first meeting my host Muhlis everything was explained and no question was too daft or too much trouble. The hotel arrangements done for me and I couldn't have asked for a better location with just a short drive to the clinic on the days my treatment was needed. The drivers were always prompt and made sure I got to my appointments. The whole team at the clinic put my mind at ease, from the girls behind reception and the various dental assistants who were at times genuinely worried about me. Finally the dentists, Dr Binnur and Dr Cemre, both worked with me even though at times I was petrified. By the end of my time there I was joining in with the music and trying out my Turkish phrases that I had learned. I had 8 crowns in the upper, 4 in the lower along with 4 root canals. I got the smile that I wanted and needed. It is an experience I will never forget and hopefully my confidence grows as wide as the new smile across my face!

Not speaking Spanish I would have been completely lost here without them. I had a personal liaison, interpreter, guide, and friend who took my best interests to heart. If I was being overcharged somewhere they negotiated or brought me to where I would be treated fairly. I never had to worry about a thing. The surgeries were painless. I was followed very closely every day by an amazing, painless implantologist/surgeon. I received additional therapies to help in my healing process by friendly professional nurses and technicians. Truthfully, I felt pampered in every sense of the word. Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

I had to have scaling because I had receding gums. Of course, I had to do this before my gums receded, but because I did not care enough, my gums started to recede. In such a situation, I started researching dental clinics on the internet and found Cosmedica Dental. I felt very comfortable there thanks to their helpful and qualified staff. Also, the dentist who did my scaling was very good. In this way, I had a very comfortable and high quality dental tourism.

I had all my own teeth removed and all on six implants, bone grafting and sinus lifts. I chose Atalya Dental Clinic because this place stood out. I'm so happy I did. Very friendly staff, my mind was put at ease before treatment. During treatment I hardly felt a thing. Temporary teeth are fine tho I can't wait until I go back to get my proper ones. I'd definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week. I can't tell you enough how happy that makes me. Finally, a dentist who's not just seeing a "money-making-machine" in me, but has my best interests in mind! I love the result! It gives me so much confidence and I can finally smile like a beautiful butterfly! If you're looking for a trustworthy dentist, Dr. Jehova Rafa is the way to go!
