I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

My wife and I finished 1st course of our treatment at Clinic Prime Istanbul in March 2023. We have had a remarkable experience at The Clinic Prime Istanbul Turkey, and I am beyond thrilled to share our thoughts relevant to 1st part of our treatment. As we still need to have the 2nd part of our treatment at this Clinic to its completion, I will write my final detailed review then. From start to finish, our time at this clinic was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the level of professionalism exhibited by the dentists at The Clinic Prime, Istanbul was truly outstanding. Dr Sabit D (our implantologist) and Dr Haktan I (who looked after the rest of the care) were both not only highly qualified but also incredibly skilled and patient. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the nurses, was not only helpful and friendly but also genuinely caring. We were particularly impressed with the clinic coordinator, Ali, whose excellent command of English made communication effortless. Ali was incredibly helpful and prompt in his replies to my messages, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly. His professionalism and dedication to patient care truly stood out, making our experience even more memorable. We plan to return to Clinic Prime Istanbul in a few months to have the second part of our treatment with abutments, crowns, polishing, final fillings and repairs etc. to complete the treatment. I will then write my final detailed and full review of the Complete Treatment. In summary, the combination of skilled professionals, a state-of-the-art facility, and a compassionate, friendly staff make The Clinic Prime Istanbul a true gem in Istanbul, Turkey. PS: During our 1st part of treatment, I had 4 implants, extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and my wife had 5 implants with extractions etc. Regarding adding pictures, we will be able to do that ONLY after our dental treatment is complete.

I offer here an honest review of the service and treatment I received following the first stage of the dental work at Focus Dental Clinic. I would like to note the previous reviews from other patients, which commend this dental practice, and I can only echo their positive experiences. Furthermore, I would like to emphasise that my feedback is entirely voluntary and unbiased; I have not been offered any incentives to leave a positive review. From the moment I entered Focus Dental Clinic, I was warmly greeted and received in a professional and personalised manner. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as pleasant as possible. They thoroughly explained all the procedures and options to me, as well as providing transparent and clear information regarding the costs, treatment plans, and timeframes. I underwent treatment which involved the extraction of two teeth, three dental implants, and the repair of an existing crown. Everything went smoothly... much better than expected! I must also mention that the clinic is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art dental equipment. They took every measure to ensure my treatment was pain-free, and I was pleasantly surprised by how unobtrusive the whole experience was. Both the dentist and dental surgeon were outstanding in terms of their expertise, friendliness, and attention to detail. They alleviated all of my anxieties about undergoing treatment, and I genuinely look forward to returning next year for the remaining part of my treatment. I cannot find any faults with any aspect of the dentistry or service that I received, and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

Had veneers done about 2 months ago and the results were fantastic. From start to finish the clinic was in contact with me. I was a bit nervous coming from USA that I would not have the same standards, but the clinic was better than anything I have experienced at home. From start to finish they were in constant communication and were able to arrange everything that I needed. The staff were all friendly and completely professional. There was always someone available throughout that spoke English and could answer any questions that I have. Most importantly for me, especially since COVID, is hygiene. The clinic and all spaces were completely sanitized and all staff were wearing appropriate masks/gloves/gowns and all the instruments were clearly sterilized and new. Would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back my self for future work, especially given the prices being so reasonable compared to other countries.

Hello, my name is Janice and I’m from England, UK. I picked this clinic because my friend called Karen told me about the place. After some research, I saw a lot of good reviews from other people who have been here, and that’s when I decided I would pick this clinic. Before I went to a place in South Antalya for my top row of teeth, they were good but I wanted something different for my bottom row. When I arrived, I was shocked at how many staff were here with lots of different language knowledge, for example, English, Russian, Polish and loads more, very different from the last place I went to. All the staff were very friendly. I was very nervous when I arrived because I am terrified of needles, but I was reassured by the staff. I was really happy here and felt positive. On the first and second day I was nervous about the bottom row of teeth, but they reassured me that it would be repaired and not to worry. When they finished the bottom row yesterday, they look so much different than before. Before I didn’t feel very confident with my teeth but now, I feel much more confident, clean, fresh and perfect. Just a little bit about all of the staff here at Perla, they were all amazing, so friendly, they looked after me so well. Everything was included, hotel, transfers back and forth. Thank you so much, everyone, I would highly recommend anyone from the UK or anywhere else to come to this dentist. I needed dental implants and crowns and Mira was the clinic that came out on top. The clinic is very well equipped and the staff are excellent, professional and friendly. 2 months later I’m still getting used to my new teeth but am getting plenty of positive comments. Can’t wait to go back to complete my treatment and getting all my teeth fitting perfectly before I leave.

Just home from a two week holiday in Turkey and whilst out there I decided to give Dr Kubra a visit at Dent Medica and I wasn't disappointed. Dr Kubra cleaned and whitened both my upper and lower teeth and bonded my upper six teeth to close some gaps that I had. The clinic is very modern and clean and the environment is very professional plus they have the lovely translator Sarah on hand to keep you informed before, during and after your appointment. The Lycian Clinic is absolutely the best clinic in Turkey. I was faced with serious dental problems and found my salvation right there. When I turned to the Lycian Clinic for consultation, I received all the necessary information about my treatment and implant installation. With a detailed explanation and a clear program plan, I immediately received the exact price. After thorough research, I discovered that the Lycian Clinic is extremely reliable, with a license from the Turkish Ministry of Health, which was of great importance to me. The first treatment, which lasted 5 days, included implant installation and preparation of other teeth for a Hollywood smile. After 4 months, when the implants had healed, I visited the clinic again where they placed zirconium crowns on me, the result was my most beautiful Hollywood smile. The doctors are top-notch in the field of dental prosthetics and surgery, and the clinic is at an exceptionally high level, just like all their services, including VIP transportation from the airport to their hotel, translators, and all other employees at the Lycian Clinic.
