The most pleasant unpleasant experience that I could have encountered. I was expecting some long and painful dental work. But Dr. Lee was very positive and professional. He took a quick look and immediately said it was an infected wisdom tooth and it could be taken cared of immediately. Took less than 45min from the minute I walked thru the door. The tooth extraction was quick and relatively painless. The toothache was more painful. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and will definitely be returning for more dental work.

We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

If you are considering going to Mexico for dental work, then Dr. Juan Carlos Martinez Martinez is your best choice. He asked me to send photos of the work I needed to be done via email. The doctor got back to me the same day and gave two scenarios: The most it could cost for the best material to do the job; then the lowest it could cost for the job, still using the best material. In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.
