Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

They did a full evaluation, took 3D pictures and gave expert advice. They are going to provide a full treatment plan for moving forward. It's really worth it and I really satisfied with their services. I couldn’t be more happier with the whole treatment from the very first inquiry to after I got back to the UK. Romi, Dr. Yusuf and all the staff were so helpful, polite, and professional, nothing was to much trouble. The clinic was easy to find and very clean and tidy. I had a cyst on my lateral incisor. Doctor Dimitrov made endodontic treatment of the root canal and then remove the cyst. Doctor Dimitrov was very nice and make me smile all the time. And last but not least there was no pain at all. Highly recommend!!!

How many dentists, despite being completely booked, will fit you in on the Friday before Christmas weekend - and you are not even a regular patient? This is what Dr Castro did for me... I was having low-grade pain in a tooth, which was irregular, but had been there for several days. It turned out to be something that could create problems for later, but did not need immediate attention...but until you are seen by the dentist, how can you know! He, his assistant, and the receptionist were all pleasant and helpful. I cannot thank him enough for his quick response to an email and his kindness in making time for me. Completely recommend him.
