Implant Dentist Consultation Worldwide

In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

THE MOST PROFESSIONAL DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN MY 51 YEARS OF LIFE!!!!!!! David was my first contact before flying to Cancun and he was by my side from then until just a few minutes ago...a month after I returned home. He was always available for questions and immediately tended to any concerns I had. He made all of this super easy to navigate. He also made sure I was aware of EVERYTHING that was going on and made the entire process easy. So easy that I felt a bit spoiled during the process. I thought maybe I was special, but soon realized everyone was being treated the same. He was an absolute professional and has always had my best interest in mind. Carlo was my driver and made sure I was always on time. He had great recommendations for local food and shopping. He was a super nice guy and very helpful. Lizzete and Fernada were my front desk customer service reps and schedulers. Both were extremely sweet and kept my appointments scheduled properly so I wasn't sitting around waiting in the lobby. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door. They also kept my bill straight and NEVER was there an issue with billing. What I was quoted before I arrived in Cancun is what I paid. It was actually, a few bucks less. Being upsold on things was one of my big concerns, but that never happened. Billing was straight forward, honest and fair and YES, I saved a ton of money over my local Florida dentists. THOUSANDS!!!!!!! Now.....about my dentist and her assistant. THE BEST DENTIST ON EARTH BY FAR!!!! No doubt and no questions.....THE BEST!!!! I think God had something to do with making sure I ended up in the dental chair of Dr. Maria Blanco and her assistant Vianey. I'm a huge coward when it comes to dental work and have always had major anxiety with dental work. For me, I needed a lot of work done and truly dreaded the idea of having to get it done. They made me incredibly comfortable and it truly was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 51 years on earth. I, like so many others I read about online, was concerned about going to Mexico for dental work instead of getting it done in Florida by an American dentist......but for anyone reading this review, DON'T BE!!! The technology at Dental Design was far superior to the stuff my local dentist had. The offices were clean and NEVER was I concerned about my decision. Dr. Blanco and Vianey worked diligently and were extremely thoughtful and considerate of any pain or discomfort I may have been having. I never had any pain!!! I never had any serious discomfort. They made sure of it. They were both true professionals and I can honestly say that they put my local dentist to shame in both their abilities and professionalism. BEST OF THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!! Thanks Dental Design Studio for an absolutely positive dental experience. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.

I was a patient with many questions and Dr Beltre is love, he dedicates the time I needed to clarify my questions, and he is very honest. Because I wanted to get 8 implants, but he explained that with 5 was enough, which shows me that he is not a doctor interested in money, he really cares about doing the work that I really needed.

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. Dr Johan was very professional and did a brilliant job with my teeth bonding. He also gave me all the necessary information related to my insurance cover. It’s somewhere I will go back to and I highly recommend him.

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so. It was the warm reception on the phone when I first spoke to the doctor, and then, the cost involved that influence my decision. My experience at the clinic was superb. I can smile and chew again.

A certain amount of uncertainty before visiting an unfamiliar dental clinic in Merida proved to be unfounded. Before the treatment, Even I thoroughly researched patient satisfaction based on reviews on the Internet. I can only agree with the many positive reviews. Four implants were prepared and inserted, everything fit perfectly. There were no complications or adverse effects.
