After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

had the best experience at Ideal Dental Center. I had veneers done here, and I could not be happier with the result. The whole process was so easy, with friendly staff and first-rate dentists. Special thanks to Dr. Guillermo Escamilla, who designed the veneers, and Dr. Gustavo Cruz, who did the work to prepare my teeth and then place the veneers on my teeth. They are a great team, and the whole staff was very professional. I now have the smile I have always wanted. 5 stars all around!

Though I have not yet received treatment, I wish to convey my appreciation to Dr Antillon for his quick and accommodating service. All aspects of my upcoming trip were well serviced including airport pick-up and living accommodations. I have been well informed throughout the process with phone calls and e-mail updates. I am really looking forward to visiting his facility and, of course, beautiful Guatemala.

Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.

Excellent results with Invisalign. I am extremely pleased with my results. The reason why I chose Dental on the Banks is that the Invisalign treatment at this practice is done by 2 specialist orthodontists as opposed to general dentists, so I knew going in that my results would be great. By doing further research I found out that they also teach many of the local dentists as well as other orthodontists in the area so I knew at Dental on the Banks I will be in safe hands. My treatment was efficient and quick and they worked together with other specialists in the practice to set me up for some bonding after the Invisalign was done. I have also recommended some friends to come here. If you are looking for a place where you are treated by the best of the best when it comes to Invisalign, this is the clinic for you. I had implant treatment and my daughter received orthodontic treatment. We are very satisfied and the price and performance. Deserve 5 stars until the end.

Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.
