My problem was a POST-OP Hernia in the abdominal area. We sourced a highly competent surgeon. The OP itself took only two days. The team from COSMETOCITY was always there for me, brought supplies and liaised with the medical personnel. The performances were great value and there always is full transparency. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

Had my septorhinoplasty with 1 Cosmetic Group. Full marks for this company. Very nice experience. Surgeon, hospital, admin team they all were very helpful. My Surgeon has done a great job. I love my new nose. Previously I had my surgery booked with another medical..they kept wasting my time. Took my money and I was waiting months as they kept delaying my surgery.. took 6 months to get my money back. I was so dissapointed then I found 1cosmetic group on google and from start things were very smooth and professional. 12 weeks post op.. already almost fully recovered.
