At the beginning had concerns about how the operation would take place in a foreign country, besides, I was alone but with Dr. Askeroglu and his wonderful team, I felt special. It wasn't an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Did some research and decided for a trip to meet not known by me or friends, Dr.Ferhat in Istanbul and that was my lottery win!!! I was very sceptical having somewhere in back of my head the bad experience from the past but meeting Dr for the first time I realised he was a truly passionate Dr who really wants to help!!! I could see his passion in his eyes when he was checking out my nose before surgery, clearly explaining it wasn't an easy case as the nose was basically collapsing from every side but also gave me hope that we could use my rib cartridge to re-built my nose. The entire process went really smooth and easy as the entire team were next to me all the time with all the help and support. Had my break down at some point -panic attack - but with help of dr and his team, I made it through leaving Istanbul the happiest me I ever! I visited the clinic on the 15th of March for a Face and Neck lift. The clinic and the service are absolutely out of this world, they are amazingly kind and caring people. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

I have chosen this clinic, as I follow them on social media. Their reputation and ethics impressed me. Upon visiting the clinic on 2 occasions, both my nurses were lovely. As a 59-year-old, I appreciated their knowledge and honesty.

Dr. Yoo and his staff got the job done for my two procedures without any errors or issues. They are very experienced and professional. As a visitor from the US, it was also a seamless process, with Mandy (the company representative) and the nurses being English speaking. The clinic itself is a work of art, as designed by the masterful Dr. Yoo, and though my face is still healing, I'm so far happily pleased with the results!

Dr Karantonis is an excellent doctor, creating a relationship of trust from the first moment. I had a plastic surgery on June 2023. His office is centrally located in Athens, showing always high flexibility to accommodate my schedule. I felt immediately at ease with him because he is open to explain all the details and answer the questions that I had. During the recovery time, he was following up on me, checking the status. The Coramed Clinic in Wrocław, Poland, is highly recommended. All the staff are professionals and empathetic. Before I decided to go ahead with my tummy tuck, my biggest worries were how could I justify my spending and satisfaction... I read through so many clinics on what clinic. After a series of reviews and phone calls to and from these clinics, I finally settled for Coramed Clinic in Poland. The clinic is nice, neat, very modern, and fair in price. All the beds are good and modern the staff are friendly though they do not speak the English language. They picked me up from the airport in a taxi, which was arranged by Nicolas, the patient's coordinator. The cab man was of great service, he kept in touch immediately after I landed at the airport. There is a hotel and a supermarket a few walks from the clinic which was of great help. After my surgery, again, a cab was also arranged to drop me off at the airport. All these were very helpful. Now, about my tummy tuck. I am 49 years old and had my tummy tuck in February 2024. I made enquiries about an arm lift and breast reduction, but I was told only one operation at a time and that I should get well first. The surgeon’s exact words were "Judy, anaesthesia is real and you’re not a child anymore, so you have to get well first before further enquiries can be answered" This implied to me that the clinic’s main priority is the patient’s health and not after money. However, I am writing this recommendation as there were no complications. However, I was naturally apprehensive not knowing what to expect after the surgery. But to my surprise, the staff put me at ease. They were all around me to give me the necessary support, which encouraged me to stand up from my bed and walk around the next night. It has only been about four weeks since my tummy tuck and my healing is ‘off the charts’! One week after my surgery, I was able to walk around. Although, my swellings were very noticeable all over my body but decreased as the days went by. I am taking pain pills as I was instructed. I am very diligent in following all of my instructions and am happy to see the scars and pains are healing faster than expected. I have already received many compliments from family and friends. The clinic is truly a good one, seamless and comfortable. I can not find the right words to adequately express the positive & dramatic change that the clinic has made in the quality of its service. I will be returning for a future arm lift and breast reduction. I must also comment on the compassion and professionalism of the staff in Coramed Clinic, especially Nicolas, the patient coordinator. She has been so supportive in arranging a taxi, booking my hotel, and making sure I was comfortable in Poland. She speaks English language and interprets most of the Polish language for me. Nicolas has been super in check-ups on me ever since till date. I deeply appreciate her care for me as she answered my questions and showed interest and concern for me as a patient to date. Also, the nurse who watched over me all through was very good, calm, and checked on me at the slightest cough. I have forgotten her name, though. And I must mention Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński for their professionalism. Dr. Andrey Kharkov, the surgeon who held my hand and told me well-done for your quick healing. This type of patient care and compassion can not be taught in medical school. It has been my experience that most doctors don’t seem to know how to smile. But he is different. 'I am certainly glad that my surgeon did not take that course in medical school'. Which means he has a passion for his profession. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed or unimportant as a patient. Although I knew that the procedures that I had done were not new to them, I believe that every bit about the new me excited them. Thanks for your enthusiasm. I am happy to report that both surgeons’ next mission will be to help me with my arm lift. I just need the skill. I am happy to talk about my positive experience with anyone considering surgery in their clinic it was the right decision for me. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want.
