Rhinoplasty. The hotel was super nice, communication was pretty good and reachable even outside working hours. I came sick the first day and they postponed my surgery and made sure that I was physically fit for the operation which was quite reassuring. The nurses were all lovely and supportive throughout the hospital stay and my coordinator Ayla regularly came and checked in on me which was also quite nice. The result in the end was exactly what I was hoping for despite being thrown off by the immediate after surgery photos. The company was also really accommodating with extras too. They moved my hospital room to a larger one so my partner could sleep on the sofa and they also provided a shuttle to the airport straight after my final consultation. Overall it was a good experience and I was so nervous initially but I was in good hands.

I had my nose done at Dr. Toncic's clinic in January 2022 (septorhinoplasty). I already knew that I had made the right choice choosing this clinic when I had my first conversation with Dr. Rajko Toncic because the approach he and the staff had was very professional. It turned out I was right. They took excellent care of me before, during, and after the surgical procedure. They also did a check-up two months later. Had my hair transplant here. All the staff were brilliant. I spoke to Batuhan the coordinator and he was amazing he was there for me all the way. Can't wait to go back in 6 months and finish the rest of my transplant.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. After careful review of several surgeons in Istanbul, I chose Dr.Safa Manav for a facelift and revision of my nose. Dr.Safa was the right choice !! Flow all the way from Canada too! After nearly 3 weeks, still a little remaining swelling, but it’s normal after such surgery, and things are on track to look amazing.
