I had a very positive experience considering I was travelling alone and the support I got from the nurses during my overnight stay in hospital was absolutely unparalleled, I couldn’t vouch for them enough. I had Dr Hasan who did my breast augmentation surgery and he was so professional he took his time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions during the consultation immediately before the surgery itself. He was really welcoming and understanding that this is a new process for me and that I was travelling there by myself so he made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. I did heaps of research and had questions all of which they were pleased to answer. The clinic is beautiful, spacious and safe and I felt like all my nerves disappeared when I went into my consultation. If you want this just do it for yourself and at vanity - so far results are amazing.

I had Vaginoplasty surgery with Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen. It wasn't just a physical change but also helped me emotionally. His patience and understanding made it easier. Now, I feel healthier and stronger after 6 months of surgery. The team is really tremendous. They help with everything. You don't have to think about little things like hotel, airport transfer. Rhinoplasty with Dr. Gorkem Atsal on January 17, 2023 I travel from the USA for surgery. Organization and communication were excellent. Instructions before arriving were easy and clear to fallow. Transportation was provided from/to airport, hospital, and hotel. The hotel was great. The surgery went well. Dr.Atsal did an excellent job. I love my new nose. Everybody was so caring and friendly. Gulce, Yunes, and Enes periodically checked up on me and made sure I was feeling good. The hospital was clean with great stuff. Every time I had a question and I needed help Gulce and Dr. Atsal answered me even late at night and early in the morning. Very lovely and caring people. Thank you for everything! I strongly recommend Dr. Atsal and his team.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

This was my second time here within a week with two kiddos getting pinkeye from a play date friend and both times was so quick and attentive! I made an appointment online and they were spot on time. I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes for either visit which is awesome when you have a 1 and 5-year-old in tow. Doctors and nurses there were so kind and courteous. They are quick to get you in and out without making you feel rushed and made sure all concerns are addressed. I have to say, BEST urgent experiences I’ve ever had in my life!

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

Absolutely first class treatment from the start. I was picked up at the airport and I had this driver for the whole duration off my stay. I had a full Tummy Tuck and Liposuction.
