Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Pitangui - 1 month after surgery (Upper and lower blepharoplasty, eye bag re-positioning, face and neck lift). It’s been just over a month since Upper and lower blepharoplasty, eye bag repositioning, face, and neck lift. I have been back home in Australia for a week. Last night was the first time I had worn makeup and gone out for the evening. I knew I would meet some friends and know other people at dinner. I was excited and a little nervous to see if they would say anything and what sort of reaction I’d receive. Wow! I received lots of compliments and people asking what I had done to look so good. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Gyno- if you are considering please read. I can not say enough good things about Mr V, his staff and his clinic. This was my first time having any form of operation. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. They even put my favourite music on to help me relax which did the job as fell asleep during the procedure. I was quoted by another surgery close to £8000 pounds for this but paid just £3500 with Macs Clinic. Obviously this raised some flags but after doing my research and the results after 2 weeks I could not be happier. If this was the final result and my healing was done I would be ecstatic and please beyond words but Mr V assured me I have 6 weeks of healing to go and it will improve even further. Mr V was also very understanding of what I was going through with this condition I was not just a patient he asked me how this had effected my personal life, my confidence and general image positivity, which really helped in me making this decision. On a very personal note if you are reading this and suffer with this condition do not allow yourself to believe that medication or special clothing will help you see results, I lived with gyno for 2 years and I’m sure if you are reading this you understand what I’m talking about, please pop in for consultation with this man! I went with my friend who had a face lift and I had lower eye surgery. Very nice surgeon and staff, the clinic is very clean and mac is so helpful and puts you at ease. The price is brilliant and they do not skip any corners! Highly recommend

Fantastic treatment. Mr Quaba took the time to listen and understand my concerns and explained the neck and brow lift procedures in detail. From my first consultation right through to the surgery and aftercare I felt completely safe in his hands and the quality of surgery and medical care was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Hatzipieras and his staff were excellent. His office is beautiful and close to Athens city center. They returned emails quickly and I was able to get an appointment within a week of arriving in Greece. I was seen on time. He took time and carefully explained how the Treatment for Wrinkles would be administered and then prepared the Treatment for Wrinkles in the room. Dr. Hatzipieras carefully marked my face and one week later and the result is exactly what I was looking for. I am looking forward to visiting the office again soon.
