After a couple of years of struggling with infertility without understanding the real problems and failed fertility treatments, we had an appointment with his clinic. He took his time listening to our needs and medical records. He was patient with us, made sure my husband and I felt at ease. We had a successful IVF treatment from the first try!! He was very thorough up to my delivery, complete with regard to every detail. Always addressed our concerns, took the time to explain and answer all our questions any time of the day despite his full schedule, and gives accurate information. He delivered our twins safely, we couldn't be more grateful. The staff is always respectful and efficient. The clinic is very nice and well equipped, an in-house facility for laboratory test services. the equipment is top of the line. After visiting other clinics and not being sure I walked into Oakdin Clinic. I was immediately put at ease and treated so respectfully with everything explained in detail no sales pressure like other places. The nursing staff chaperone was fantastic her wealth of knowledge made me feel so safe and her friendly warm nature made me feel so reassured. She stayed with me throughout my whole journey. I had my procedure a labiaplasty operated on by my Consultant Mr Mohammed Masood who has changed my life. I was unable to get my procedure done on the NHS and I was for years wanting to have it done for medical reasons as well as cosmetic. I felt a freak it looked abnormal not like how I felt it should look and it was so uncomfortable years of pain discomfort. I was nervous going in for my procedure but I can honestly say I felt no pain bar the initial injection to numb me. 45 minutes later I was leaving on my way home totally amazed and thrilled. I had made the right decision and was just focused on recovering. Six weeks later, I cannot believe the change in my confidence. I feel it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I can’t thank Oakden staff and Mr Masood enough. The personal caring manner in which I was treated was superb and I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone. I’m only 20 and to go through this has changed my life. I’ve got before and after photos that are amazing, I feel so fantastic, thank you so much. Plus the price was so good compared to some others. It’s a small clinic, easily located, great parking and spotlessly clean. With the focus on your needs with great advice before and after. Can’t praise enough sorry to go on but I’m so happy. The clinic is spotlessly clean, great parking and a fantastic location. Reception staff and nurses are wonderful. It was NHS now just gone private and I’d recommend highly to anyone. An exceptional surgeon! Dr Ashraf operated on me for the first time for a Brachioplasty, and I went back to him a few months ago for a lower and upper blepharoplasty and otoplasty, and I'm delighted with the results. These last operations took place in his clinic and everything went very well, even the healing process. I can only recommend him and will always go to him for "aesthetic" needs.

I went to Dr Lin for rhinoplasty. I interviewed five different doctors in Taipei. Dr Lin was very qualified. He answered all of my questions and also took my phone call later when I had more questions. He was very professional and kind. I was nervous about the surgery but he was very reassuring. I am absolutely thrilled with my results!! It has only been a week and a half since my surgery and already I love the results. Dr Lin is a gifted surgeon. Also, his nurses on the day of my surgery were superb! The nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable. Everyone spoke English extremely well. Dr Lin’s prices were extremely affordable I can’t say enough good things about Dr Lin’s abilities as an excellent plastic surgeon.

I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! I was nervous about going to my first consultation, but I was instantly at ease when I met Mr Masood, I really can’t praise him enough. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, he was honest about what could be achieved and explained any possible risks.
