I was told about this clinic from a friend who had a very positive hair transplant result. I contacted them and everything was made simple and easy to understand. I eventually arrived at the clinic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained again. The aftercare was very good too. The cost was very good (especially compared to my home country). But just be aware there are other cost to consider. If your hair is too thin on the sides or back, then you will have to take it from the beard which is extra. And there is also an extra if you want the sedative (numbing injections). They do give you aftercare products but if you want more longer-term ones, they are extra. But that’s capitalism and we all understand that. (They also do dental work if that’s something you would be considering. I didn’t). All in all, I would recommend this clinic. Everything went very smoothly.

I had a breast reduction at Clinic Center 2 months ago. The experience was beyond my expectations. The doctor was fantastic he made several drawings on my breasts and explained the ideal result well. He put me at ease. The hotel was good, the hospital was very organized. The nurses and staff were always actively helping. To tell the truth, I was too worried about the surgery in a foreign country but this was one of the best decisions I made since. I have now really good results as I imagined and yet followed up by the aftercare team plus I feel much comfortable now with my new size and shape breasts. So all is great and I am so happy. I recommend everyone not hesitate to have an operation at the Clinic Center.

What can I say Medhera Health and team are amazing, I was a high risk case having a heart condition and I had the best care everything was perfect from the moral support to pain relief and observation after the operation. Medhera's doctor, the interpreter’s Tolunay and the lovely dietitian, the nurses was all just amazing people nothing was to much trouble. Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

They came to my hotel 72km away to pick me up. The opreation went very smooth and they explained every process in English with a very nice American translator who was present the whole time. I was droped off after the operation. Well Done. They have done a very good job. 3500 graft in 1 day. Before I went to another clinic and they asked me to come twice for the same operation which this clinic did in one day.
