Am Flughafen wurde ich direkt von einem Taxi abgeholt, welches mich auch an den Tagen darauf zuverlässig zwischen Klinik und dem Hotel transportierte. Die Unterbringung (ein 5-Sterne-Hotel) war ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich hatte mir lange Gedanken über meinen neuen Haaransatz gemacht, welchen Dr. Cinik aus Erfahrung gleich korrekt einzeichnete, ohne dass ich ihm meine Wünsche weiter erklären musste. Während meiner DHI-Haartransplantation verspürte ich keine Schmerzen, ich wurde von meiner Übersetzerin hervorragend betreut, welche den ganzen Tag immer zu meiner Verfügung stand und mich auch in Fragen der Nachsorge super beriet. I had a hair transplant on December 6, 2022. Ms. Serap really gave me enough information about the whole process and helped me with everything I was worried about. Everything was as described. The operation took eight hours. 4500 grafts transplanted with Sapphire FUE. When I went to wash my hair again the next day, they taught me how to wash my hair when I got home. I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

There is a professional doctor like him neither in Istanbul nor in Turkey, I had 2 surgeries and both of them were very bad. For the third operation, I had to think hard and make the right decision. For my recovery, I went to the doctor's clinic for treatment for wrinkles, and I saw the patients who had the surgery there. After talking to the doctor, I decided immediately. All the doctors I asked in Turkey said that no one would get better, the only one who could fix it was Dr. Ferhat and I highly recommend him. (The staff are amazing and very friendly)

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

I had a hair transplant at this place just over a year ago whilst on holiday in Antalya with my family. Before the transplant, I had alread done research on the procedures. Otek provided me consultation and this dispelled some of the myths surrounding some of the types of procedures which is prevalent all over the internet. I then did further research and concluded that the advice Otek had given me was correct. I had the treatment in the last few days of my holiday so that I could enjoy my holiday (and swim). After the surgery is done, you cannot swim and must be very careful for at least the next 10 days. They collected me from my hotel and took me to a hosptial for further consulation and the procedure. I was nervous about the procedure generally and was doubting whether I should get it done even on the day. However, I became more comfortable as they talked me through the details. They gave very sound advice tailored around my specific circumstances (e.g., me wanting to be able to enjoy the rest of my holiday, return to the office and also to participate in a marathon some time later). I also took comfort from the fact that the procedure was done in a hospital rather than a small clinic in case of any eventualities. I fell asleep for most of the procedure so it passed very quickly but was all done in the same day and I was ready to be taken back by mid afternoon (3,500 grafts). The post surgery advice pack, medication and treatment was very good. I particulalry liked that the use of Whatsapp to look after you in the days and weeks after surgery to track your progress and make sure everything is okay. On return to the UK, they continued to support me and check in on me and make sure there were no complications. Just follow the instructions and ensure you maintain personal hygene and everything should be okay. I had no complications. When I returned to the office, people at work were very interested in the procedure and it inspired others to get it done also. One year later, I am very happy with the results. I look at photos of myself before the surgery and I am shocked by the state my hair was in before the surgery. I now look so much younger and full of energy and confidence.
