I had a hair transplant on December 6, 2022. Ms. Serap really gave me enough information about the whole process and helped me with everything I was worried about. Everything was as described. The operation took eight hours. 4500 grafts transplanted with Sapphire FUE. When I went to wash my hair again the next day, they taught me how to wash my hair when I got home. They contacted me during the removal of the shells and explained on the phone. Everything was so easy, not as hard as I thought. It's only been 2 months and I can't wait to see the result. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I started making enquiries in July 2023 for the gastric sleeve Catch Life was very professional The response and information given to me were accurate and in-depth of the process and treatment. My Coordinator Melike was very supportive and reassuring with any questions I had. I had my surgery In November, I received all the tests as promised and the service was outstanding. Wema was there to meet myself and husband when we arrived, she was a credit to the company with the support given to me When I had my pre-op tests the surgeon identified gallstones 168 of them and advised me to have them removed from the gallbladder, this was done same time as the sleeve The nurses are excellent with aftercare and administrating the meds My scars have healed well and are only very small. He came to see me regularly after the operation to check I was recovering well. I would highly recommend Catch Life if considering gastric sleeve as the hospital used was very clean, my husband was well looked after with meals and the staff are all professional in their areas. I was given a pack to take home to the U.K. with me, consisting of protein shakes vitamin tablets, stomach protectors and helpful information including diet nutrition plans and what to do if I need medical help.

I had a previous upper Bleph that left me with scars/indents on my upper Lid. After intensive research, various consultations and even a trip to the USA was mostly told to not undergo another surgery since there was not enough skin to fix the scarring-/ so I was told. Then I found Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic, right after the first video consultation she gave me a calm reassuring feeling. I decided to undergo the revision with her and travelled from Germany to Antalya. Upon meeting her for the consultation she thoroughly explained what she planned on doing and also listened to my concerns and answered all questions. On the day of surgery, everything went well, she and the Medhera Health team made sure I was taken care of and made me feel at peace doing the procedure. We stayed in constant communication during my stay in Turkey before she removed the suturing. It's been over a week now since the surgery, I'm still healing but I can tell by the suturing that I will barely have any scarring. I cannot thank Dr Elif enough for restoring my eyes and confidence again. Not only is this woman well skilled in her expertise but she actually cares about her patients and exudes that warmth. I am forever grateful to her.

Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) AND i finally got a sexy nose, very natural ! No fake, not to upturned ! They were amazing, so kind and sympathetic with me, I didn't expect them to be so professional, and they were above all my expectations. Thank you ! I also did my temporal lifting and upper blepharoplasty, the change is insane, i look so much more awake. I highly recommend them.
