I finally had my procedure here 10 days ago, and I’m glad I did it at DR CINIK CLINIC! It was a great experience from the beginning until the end. Extremely professional, organized and highly skilled staff. The entire procedure went seamlessly and in a shorter time than expected. Thanks to everyone at the clinic who made my journey a pleasant one. Now I’m patiently waiting for the results.

This was my 1st time getting a hair transplant. I did a lot of research on many clinics in Istanbul, and from all of them, Tetik stood out as the best. I spoke with Tugce on the phone, and she made all the preparations; she was awesome. They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious van and drove me to my hotel. The next day, after a great Turkish breakfast, they picked me up and drove me straight to the clinic where Tugce greeted me and my wife. After sitting down and explaining everything again that we discussed on the phone, she took me to the medical room where everything looked professional and introduced me to the medical staff. They were all very nice and professional, from the assistants to the doctor. Surgery went great; I had 4000 grafts put in. After surgery, they drove me back to the hotel. The next day, they picked me up and drove me to the airport. I'm so glad I chose Tetik. Now waiting for results! 😊

Amazing service and post-op care. I had high hopes for Dr. Serkan Aygin Clinic after knowing he has a 98% growth rate with 24 years of experience. I must say, the service I got went beyond my expectations. Not only had they taken care of the whole procedure, from picking me up from the airport and accommodating me in a luxury hotel to the actual HT procedure and post-op care. I am grateful to Dr. Serkan Aygin and his team for restoring my confidence.

I am from America and everything went smoothly. From the coordinated ride to the hotel, the full procedure, all the way back to the airport - all was scheduled and smooth. Everyone at the clinic is hard working and professional. The translator, Liliana, did great throughout - she was very helpful, organized, and cared about the success of the operation. Absolutely amazing and changed my life forever ❤️ Enes my coordinator couldn't have been better. He talked me through the process, answering any questions and trust me they were alot. Enes was there anytime night or day answering questions I'd already asked and was very patient. It was Enes that helped me make my mind who to choose for my surgery after much research. The nurse and the drivers were amazing too I couldn't fault any of my experience. I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel,they picked me up again on Monday for all my test at the hospital,even had ECG and xray to makesure all was in order. Tuesday i had my operation and stayed in hospital for two nights. The nurses was there immediately as soon as I pressed my buzzer. Enes even arranged for my friend to be picked up from our hotel and brought her to visit me,he came too which was lovely to see who I had been talking too all this time. PS Enes sorry I was a bit grumpy. They took me back to my hotel on Thursday with medication,nurse came to my hotel on Friday to check and clean my wound. Saturday home day I was picked up from the hotel and took to the hospital to see Dr Bahadir Celik he checked that all was in order and I was ok to fly. They then took Me and my friend to the airport. Absolutely amazing experience I wouldn't hesitate to return for more surgery. To this day every single day Enes has contacted me to see if I'm ok. I had a minor issue which is normal with the surgery I had, I sent Enes a photo and it was sent straight to my surgeon and within minutes I was told what to do. I would like to thank Enes and Dr Bahadir Celik from the bottom of my heart for looking after me and changing my life💕

Such a professional and upscale place. Dr. Emra is awesome and he does his job exactly how he is supposed to. I have lived in the USA for many years and I can not see service and quality in my life like this place. The front desk lady (Miss Busrah) does an amazing job, she remembers everything about patience (even after a week's visitation ) such as my name, and my procedure even though the Turkish coffee I drank before. I strongly recommend this clinic to everybody who does need professional and quality service.

Medhera's doctor is an incredible and honest plastic surgeon, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. I underwent breast augmentation with a breast lift under his care. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery was effortless. Seeing my before and after photos made me emotional because of the immense happiness I feel now. I used to have insecurities before the surgery, and this was exactly the outcome I had hoped for. Additionally, he regularly checks in via calls and texts, promptly addressing any concerns. I am immensely grateful for being under the care of such an exceptional surgeon and individual.

Overall, I had a good experience with Surgero Clinic İstanbul. I received clear instructions and next steps leading up to my surgery date and what my responsibilities were after surgery. I received a lot of communication either through email, by phone, and even by text. The staff in the clinic were courteous. Erdem was nice and up front with me about expectations. I was not misled by any means and was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision! I'm almost 4 weeks post op and happy with my after. Dr. E. did his part and I know that it is my responsibility to maintain and do my part to continue to see great results!

I planned to get a tummy tuck in this clinic after making sure that I had the best doctor. The consultant gave enough information to choose them. The prices were reasonable. The procedure was not complicated to perceive. Step by step they made me understand each detail. My problem was with the excess fat in my tummy area. The operation resulted in a pleasing way. I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Apart from everything, she took care of me and made me and my mother feel protected throughout this process. I recommend IXAlMED to everyone who wants to go to Turkey safely and calmly because they have incredible professionals.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

This is the third hair transplant that I have had. Every time the staff have been extremely professional, and caring and always go the extra mile -, particularly the ongoing patient coordinator that gets allocated to you. I thoroughly recommend it if you are contemplating a hair transplant.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, I work away so they had to book me in at last minute, nothing was a problem for this clinic. A taxi driver holding my name was at the airport, he took me to my hotel where I met Asli, a very nice young lady. She told my the itinerary and was always there before I was to pick me up and drop me off where ever I needed to go. Everything was planned perfectly. I had FUE hair and beard transplant with them and then refractive lens replacement which they sourced out the best professor to do the operation. Highly recommend you use these people if you want anything done in Turkey. My friend had teeth and hair done 2 years ago and he’s also very happy. They are very good at what they do at that is FUE hair transplant and plastic surgery. If you’re needing anything else they source the best people for the operation. Whatever you want, they put it all together in a package, and because they’re local they get you the best price too.

Today is day 13 after my FUE hair transplant and the experience with the Surgery group has been exemplary. Results: From day 9 it was near impossible to notice I have had anything done and I was going about my day to day activities. Dr Ahmed and his technicians did a very neat job both around the donor area and the transplanted area. So far the results look incredible and I can’t believe how quick I’ve healed and really how simple it’s been. Service: I have been searching for a clinic and surgeon for 3 years, after a lot of research, I decided to go with the Surgery Group. I loved how Jake and Matthew weren’t pushy and had 99% of answers within an hour of me asking. The experience on the day was as pleasant as can be, the facilities were good and Dr Ahmed really looked after me, he was caring, attentive and genuinely wanted to do the best job he could. The technicians were lovely too, they kept me comfortable and kept asking me how I was feeling. The only thing I would point out is- I was quoted and invoiced for 1,500 grafts but on the day I only needed 1,250 grafts, there is no price difference for having 250 less grafts Aftercare: I left the clinic with everything I needed, medication, saline solutions and a list of what I can and can’t do. Jake checked in with me every morning and kept in touch until I had recovered. Frankly speaking, there isn’t much more I could have asked for, it was a near-perfect experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery group and I would certainly use them again in the future.
