I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

My daughter had dental implants at Clinic Prime Istanbul. We are very pleased with everything. The staff are professional, thorough and very polite. Mr. Ali who was our contact from start to end was very nice and super helpful. He organised everything from our arrival from London to our way back. He made the whole experience super smooth. I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

Went to the clinic for dental implants, believed it went well and was very confident with the work that they were doing. I had a very good experience during my first trip to Ihlamur Dent for the implants, the service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. On the second visit, I will return in a few months to have my Zirconia Crowns fitted. And I am looking forward to my return. I would like to thank Ihlamur Dent, Dr Volkan Karabey and his assistants. The treatment was amazing they did an excellent job with my teeth I was very happy with the result. The staff was so kind and helpful and even though I don't speak Turkish they spoke in English and there were no communication problems. Honestly, such an amazing experience I would highly recommend

I absolutely love the Cosmedica Dental clinic and the staff, who are polite friendly and professional and just make you feel so at ease. They walk you through everything step by step all the way. I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. Visited clinic May 2023. Had a bridge built and installed on front three teeth over three existing implants. Team was excellent in all possible ways. Very high quality of workmanship and of creativity in solving dental issues. Would recommend to anyone.
