People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. Dr. Engin was the most incredible and friendliest dentist I have ever had. Zehra is a very warm and hospitable dental assistant. Ali is a wealth of knowledge and a great help with the process of getting your smile makeover. I want to start by saying that in my almost 50 years of life, I have never been comfortable enough to smile. I do not know how to smile while showing my teeth. This is a problem that I will conquer soon as I now have the confidence that people will not look at my smile and be turned off. I wish that I could have done this years ago, but now that I have I am so glad that I did. I can offer this advice, take your pain medicine, and figure out soup for the days after you start your treatment. You can give yourself a million reasons not to do something, but you only need to find the one reason that will make it worthwhile and that is yourself. If you have ever hidden your teeth or been ashamed if someone would see your smile then give yourself this gift.

My husband and I felt completely comfortable from the moment we entered the office. It is clean, the equipment is up to date, and the staff is very helpful and professional. My original plan was to just get 3 implants; however, after meeting with Dr. Cem and discussing my overall oral condition, he suggested that in addition to the implants I cap the remaining 26 teeth. He explained the process, the time frame, and the cost; and I decided without hesitation to do my entire mouth. I can't be more satisfied with how the procedure went and most importantly, my new Smile! I highly recommend Dr. Cem and his team!!

Dr Volkan was fantastic, I was apprehensive about getting veneers and implants done in Turkey. Dr Volkan sent me a complete breakdown of the prices and phoned me to talk through the procedures and answer and questions I had. I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
