People at Novus Clinic have exceeded my expectations with professional service and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a whole set of 28 crowns done and they look better than I have expected. I have just had some crowns & implants fitted by Dr Cem! I travelled from London for treatment! It was all very easy to organise the work was done with no issues & I have great results! the cost was half of what it would have been in the UK! I will be going back to have all my teeth done next year! I was given his name by a friend who had used him & now I fully recommend him!

I saw Dr Volkan for my implants. It was quick and easy appointment, all done in one appointment and followed by a checkup two days later . Dr Volkan explained follow up care in detail, prescribed all the necessary medicines, mouthwash and mouth spray and even a special toothbrush. I also received all the implant certificates and a treatment plan and all the scans to show to my dentist in London. Dr Volkan is very caring and great at what he does. My swelling was down in 2 days and the pain was gone. Looking forward to going back for the crowns. Thank you so much, Dr Volkan, for everything.

Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
