We have all our dental treatments done as a family at this clinic. There is a great interest. I was being extremely sensitive about my child's dental treatments. I have 2 children and we needed a good pedodontist for both of my children. He had a few problems with his baby teeth. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy and they took very good care and offered a very good treatment. I was very pleased with the service provided and I had my own implant and zirconium crown treatments done in this clinic. The surgeon's hand is also amazing. I definitely recommend it. A great clinic with lovely people who put you right at ease. Clean, friendly and professional. They went through the procedures with me and even after X-rays meant I had to change what I was going to have done. They were helpful and thoughtful and asked me what I wanted to do. I had extractions, which I found painful in the U.K. but a tooth, a broken tooth and a wisdom tooth were all fairly pain-free and other work completely painless. No rush, no pain, a professional job and equally important a friendly and warm manner that left me less worried than with other dentists. (They also helped me look up tram times for my plane home!) Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the treatment I received at ASV, they offered to pick us up from our hotel which was very useful, and were very receptive to what I wanted to be done to my teeth. The staff are all extremely friendly and the clinic was very nice and clean with a beautiful garden area - I can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Gadea Ramirez is an exceptionally talented dentist. From my initial consultation and smile analysis, he explained corrective procedures in detail with absolutely no pressure as to what he can do and for how much. I had two implants, three crowns and seven veneers done. My smile wasn't bad to begin with, but now it is amazing. He is an exceptional detail orientated dentist, he wants your teeth to look and feel like perfect teeth. He uses only the best materials available in the USA. His office has the very best and newest dental imaging, x-ray and procedural equipment and his staff are all very friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gadea to anyone needing or wanting a nice smile or dental surgery completed. I saved so much money over what this would have cost me in the US (and my son is a Dentist !!). Costa Rica is an incredibly beautiful country once you get outside of San Jose. My wife and I spent over two and half weeks and fell in love with the country. We can't wait to go back and we will most likely spend a month there. Pura Vida !!

Excellent endodontist work. 2 Root canals at one long sitting. One a difficult narrowed canal. No pain issues on day 1 at all. Returned on Day 2 for both caps and again good work. Nice people and a fair bill. Recommend these guys for your dental work.
