I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I went for the first part of the treatment to have a front tooth implant in September, I was met at the airport by Cavit, who was my driver. He took me to the hotel and was back on time to take me to my appointment, he was my constant driver and I can't speak highly enough about his efficiency. The dental surgery was very clean and modern, where I met Guliz, my online contact who was with me throughout my treatment. The implant was completed professionally and quick and the procedure was completely painless. I shall return in December to have the crown fitted. I have recommended Westdent to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning. A big thank you to Guliz and Cavit for there efficiency and friendliness.

I have just had some crowns & implants fitted by Dr Cem! I travelled from London for treatment! It was all very easy to organise the work was done with no issues & I have great results! the cost was half of what it would have been in the UK! I will be going back to have all my teeth done next year! I was given his name by a friend who had used him & now I fully recommend him!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

I have had issues with my teeth for years , so visited many dentist over the years and nothing was compared to the Great experience I had at this clinic …. Simply unbelievable, they understood my issues from the start and dealt with it efficiently and comfortably…. Staff was helpful.. Dentist made me feel so comfortable… I felt that I couldn’t have made a better decision to have visited the clinic .. I look forward to my next treatment .. I had 2 implants done, an extraction and a bone graft/sinus lift on my upper jaw at the back of my mouth. They first gave me an x-ray and then a consultation on the work that needed to be done. I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they were in completing the treatments I needed. Definitely value for money. I was very impressed with the place, very clean as expected and they were using all the up-to-date equipment on their customers. The whole procedure was done like clockwork from entering the building initially then to fill in certain paperwork, xrays, pictures taken, consultation, treatment and then given medication and be on your way. No sitting down waiting on certain things, you was literally in one thing and then moved onto the next stage (well impressed with their system) I was then back in a few days later for a precautionary check-up. Can't wait to be back in around 5 months' time for my new crowns. Accommodation by them was a nice hotel too. From Vahap the translator/customer coordinator explained the process step by step, to the doctors who were very professional in their work and anil the driver who transferred you to n from the airport, hotel and clinic I can't thank you all enough. I know I'd make the right choice going with the pearl clinic. See you in the summer.

This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. If your thinking of having any dental treatment in Antalya then Umut dental clinic is the place to go as Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing

First, I would like to say that the dental clinic is very clean and all the staff are friendly. Dr. Volkan is kind and competent. He makes sure that the patient is comfortable and feels the least pain possible. I had major dental problems, periodontist with severe teeth decay. Dr. Volkan treated the infection, extracted several teeth and placed the implants. I was ok during the whole process. Also, he explains everything to the patient even while treating your teeth/gum, he makes sure that you are aware of everything. I highly recommend him for any dental work.

I had treatment at this clinic a week ago. I was visiting Antalya on holiday and decided to get some composite bonding on my teeth. I contacted the clinic a few weeks before my holiday to gather information on prices and inform them of what I wanted done. The communication was very good right up until I visited. They arranged transfers to and from the clinic. Once I was at the clinic I also opted for teeth whitening before my treatment. I originally planned to her 16 teeth bonded. On arrival the dentist suggested I only get 8 as so many was not needed. Throughout my whole visit the staff were very accommodating. I felt comfortable and the service was very professional. The dentist was very thorough to get the best result. I am very happy with my teeth and would recommend for others.

I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Zuhal has been attentive and answered my million questions with patience and knowledge. Clearly she is an expert in this field and passionate about the work. I appreciate how she walked through everything and made the experience about what was best for me, not pressuring me on anything and more importantly, not making me feel like my questions were dumb. I underwent a complex lower jaw surgery at the clinic, specifically aimed at correcting my bite alignment... The precision and care taken by the team were exceptional. The recovery process was well-explained and supported by the clinic's staff. I'm now in the final stages of healing, and the improvement in my bite function and appearance is remarkable.

I was incredibly satisfied with the work of Clear Choice Dental. It was much quicker and even far less painful than I had anticipated. The Doctor was swift, cordial, and professional.
