The moment we signed up to get information, we received a call that evening from Jesus. He has been so helpful and caring from the very start. We had several conversations regarding payment and crossing the border and he answered all our questions. He would call Kirk to just check in. We were so impressed. We know we made the right decision. Doctors Alejandro Barragon and Luis del Castillo were extremely professional and caring. The entire staff was fantastic! Jesus, Alex, Dave, Clever, Alejandra, and Kevin, were all helpful and accommodating for all of Kirk's needs. We might be missing some names, but the bottom line is they were phenomenal!! The clinic was exceptionally clean. We will be back in May for his implants, and we look forward to seeing everyone again. We would highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs as they are top notch.

My experience with Prostho Studio was a wonderful experience. I have a fear of dentists and the doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable. I had no pain as I got my numbing injections. I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

I have had an implant done by Dr. Sharon Ochoa a few years ago with great success and I am now going to have an old crown replaced by her in January 2024 at a very reasonable cost. She and her staff are fantastic and I don't hesitate in recommending Odi Dental.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

This dental practice honored their quote, provided very good service for my implant and it was completed in a reasonable time. The office is very clean and their spokesperson Priscilla speaks English very well and is very accommodating. The only drawback to the office is the steep outside stairs that may be difficult for a handicapped person

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.
