The treatment was the perfect repair while in a pinch on holiday. It was a Friday evening and I knew that if I didn't find something then, I would be stuck over the weekend in pain.

Freda treated my gluteal tendinitis with a combination of acupuncture and an exercise and strength programme. I have gone to Freda many times over the years for a variety of injuries and found her to be a fantastic physiotherapist, highly experienced, totally professional and empathetic. Highly recommend.

A few days ago I attended a physiotherapy session with Ms Judith Oliver. This was meant to be a maintenance session since I am already undertaking treatment in my country for a shoulder/back injury. Ms Oliver made me feel welcome and at ease. She explained everything she was doing during the session and the treatment itself (mostly massage). Was very comprehensive and it relieved me of pain almost instantaneously. Moreover, her treatment was very much an extension of what I was having in my own country. Thank you, Judith. You surely made me feel so much better and be in the best position to enjoy my holiday. I am glad I decided to look up a physiotherapist during my holiday. I fully recommend Judith's treatment. Very tranquil.

Thank you Louise for all your help and advice for my running niggles from my knees to pulled muscles and then going over and beyond advising me on my pre race week routine to keep me in the best shape to race. I had a severe pain in my Achilles tendon, which kept recurring after each game of golf. Despite trying several ankle supports and other pain relief creams I could not cure it. However, after one visit to Paul Johnson, I am now cured. He examined my ankle and determined that my problem was due to the tendon being underworked and gave me a series of strengthening exercises which I do twice a day and now I can play golf without the pain. Thanks very much, Paul. Now all I have to do is improve my putting!
