At this point the patient is usually asked to undress to their underwear. This is to give the osteopath more information on posture, skin and muscle health and how the body functions. If the patient is uncomfortable with this they are more than welcome to wear shorts and a t-shirt. Patients are also welcome to bring a chaperone.
