Hands down the best decision I ever made. Global medical care staff was beyond accommodating and the results have been phenomenal. I have been struggling with hair loss for years and had a great, holistic consult before deciding to move forward with the surgery. I went to Hairpol to do a consultation for my skin. Aisha, their regional sales manager, had communicated with me and explained to me everything I needed to know. She helped me with all the relevant details and proceeded to direct me to Dr. Yaprak. I was met with Dr. Yaprak who was very professional and described exactly what I needed. She was very professional and explained everything to me in details + prescribed what needed to be done. I also met with Dr. Murat who was very professional, gave me his time and showed genuine care for my case. Described the next step forward to proceed with my hair transplant procedure and the treatments. Very satisfied with their services, and their receptionist Bushra is amazing! So helpful, friendly and kind. Overall very positive experience.

After a really bad hair transplant in the UK, I made the decision to go abroad. This was the best decision of my life. The procedure gave me the results I have wanted the only regret I have was I did not come to her earlier. I am a school teacher and I can say the results are amazing and for the price it's the best. I will be going again very soon!! Its improved my life 100 percent and is such a nice amazing person and staff. If in any doubt please contact me because at the start I was very worried, doubtful but after was the opposite.

I first heard about Adem and Havva Mono hair clinic on Instagram checked them out on Bookimed and I also knew a friend who had been through their process and he looked good. I decided to ask for information. They were not pushy in any way and seemed professional. I sent pics and they gave me a costing so I decided and booked my flights and a travel date. I was met by my driver who was very polite and skilled. The hotel was a good 4 star that provided everything I needed for 4 day visit. On day one I met the team of three skilled surgeons and Manager all of which were very professional, extremely curteous and I had my own interpreter who was available every moment I was there. She was amazing in her care, professionalism and aftercare too. After consultation and chat about the procedure and where I would like the hairline to be I took their professional recommendation and we got started. The treatment got underway. Initial injections, collection of hair grafts from donor area. 5,000 small holes made to grafting area then a lunch break. Then the surgons carefully placed 5,000 grafts. From start to finish took about 8 hours, initially quoted for 3000-3500 grafts but they obtained 5,000 grafts and implanted into my bald area for no extra charge. The initial injections of around 9 I believe were painful but during the procedure there was no more pain. Half way through the treatment the welcome substantial Turkish lunch and coffee break was delicious. The procedure was long, which I was told it would be, and every 15 minutes my interpreter was there asking how I was. The transport everyday from Hotel, local 4 star, was always on time with a caring, responsible driver, even helping me into the hotel, with English speaking staff was so smooth. Free breakfast every morning with no embarrassment in eating with my head wrapped as there were three other diners looking the same as me. Ordering dinner from my hotel room was easy too. The next day I had a change of bandage then recovery for 2 days. Final day to have hair washed, assessment and plenty of advice given with medication, shampoos, etc, then drop off at the IST airport and home. The whole team was totally professional, well thought out and practiced with care. It left me with a feel good attitude and now that I am home I am delighted at how I now have new hair growing. Bit of itchyness but that is expected and they are forthcoming post-op with immediate advice and always there for me. If you are waivering whether to use this company for a hair transplant or not then read about my fabulous experience with them and go for it. They were truely amazing!

It was very good. The doctor explains well about treatment procedure and the follows up after that. I would recommend for sure! Excellent doctor, excellent team, VIP service and a stay in the Hilton hotel.

This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)
