Just wonderful. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, they make you feel very comfortable as though they’ve know you for years. They really know what they’re doing. The whole transplant process was explained and any questions were answered quickly via email and phone. The actual day of the procedure was great with the caring staff easing any nerves and ensuring it was all painless. Would happily go there again for any other procedures I might have in the future.

I went to Hairpol to do a consultation for my skin. Aisha, their regional sales manager, had communicated with me and explained to me everything I needed to know. She helped me with all the relevant details and proceeded to direct me to Dr. Yaprak. I was met with Dr. Yaprak who was very professional and described exactly what I needed. She was very professional and explained everything to me in details + prescribed what needed to be done. I also met with Dr. Murat who was very professional, gave me his time and showed genuine care for my case.
