I went to Hairpol to do a consultation for my skin. Aisha, their regional sales manager, had communicated with me and explained to me everything I needed to know. She helped me with all the relevant details and proceeded to direct me to Dr. Yaprak. I was met with Dr. Yaprak who was very professional and described exactly what I needed. She was very professional and explained everything to me in details + prescribed what needed to be done. I also met with Dr. Murat who was very professional, gave me his time and showed genuine care for my case. Described the next step forward to proceed with my hair transplant procedure and the treatments. Very satisfied with their services, and their receptionist Bushra is amazing! So helpful, friendly and kind. Overall very positive experience.

Exceptional experience!!!! The entire staff was so kind. Patient. Professional. So far beyond our expectations. From the very beginning as we travelled by car to Turkey, to compiling some guides for sightseeing. Constantly checking in to make sure we were ok during our journey. Once we arrived to the clinic we were well received and taken care of. Emre was our contact there and was so helpful. He explained every step of the procedure and never left our side. The driver who chauffeured us back and forth was also so kind. Very cheerful and as a former client of gold city offered great service. After the procedure, the medical consultants checked in often to make sure there were no issues and responded quickly if we had any questions. Even now, 2 weeks later they are still checking in on us to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly. We have already recommended Gold City to others here in Greece and Italy and will do so when we get back to USA.
